Did they just take down the server for Bad Company 1? All my crap got reset, so yeah.

same happened to me, i just read from the ea blog that yesterday they where doing maintenance...hope that our stats comes back after that..

As far as I know they have not taken the servers down. I know last year they had done a huge reset of the servers after their lovely fubar of medal of honor which we all know flopped hard. As of last month or so I have been able to log on fine without logging into something else first

I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Not to worry, this is a temporary issue and our engineers are already aware of this. They are working hard to resolve this as soon as possible. I would advise you to please wait for some time and then try again, it will get updated. We are having the same issue with BF BC 2. They are not linked to each other, but both are facing the issue.

Dont feel special CaptainFS. That is an automated response to the question. When in reality they have no idea how long it will take to fix this issue. Ask again, and they are going to tell you the same thing. They might pass you on to their higher level of support "Tier 2" and again they will tell you the same thing.
So, who knows how long it will be?

Let me ask you something, you just now answer something that has been active on your blog since 2008. You now tell us to be patient this is a known issue and we will resolve it soon. 3 years don't you think that is more than enough time to resolve this issue. I know for a FACT that people are still buying Battlefield Bad Company 1 and also Battefield Bad Company 2. Don't tell us to wait on something that is now 3 years. your Techs with your updates, glitch fixes are doing nothing but making them worse. We have things going on in the game called teleporting..do you even know what that is? I am sure you don't. Or maybe your new Vietnam with a Patrol Boat ghosting under the surface and killing people. Don't tell us your going to Fix it...FIX IT !!!
