Almost same here...i'm a PS3 user with Fifa 10. When following all the steps i finally get to upload Game Face. It does have a note that i could take 10 minutes to upload when i have a proper connection. Unfortunately my laptop freezes everytime around 10 minutes. Doesn't matter if i use Firefox of Internet Explorer. Anyone suggestions?

thats it!! i've generated the game face AGAIN, generates perfectly, but won't go into the game, STILL saying no gamerface to download, my FIFA10 is going back to the shop tomorrow, as well as a recommendation to anybody there NOT to buy this game, complete false advertising on your part, nothing i do works, shame on you EA!

i've made my game face online and saved it just fine. on the actual game i've gone to "download game face" and it's done that fine but.... it's not me!... the face that appears on my Pro is just not me at all. what's going on?

Game face works for me (uploading it to the actual game and using it on my virtual pro). It's however impossible to edit the face in the game face editor on the ea-site. Changing one parameter makes the previous change undone.

Please EA, fix this "no Game Face available for download." It pisses off many people, and I find it incredibly annoying too. If it is a bug, it surely has to do with the fact that one can't edit/change his Game Face on EAsportsfootball.com after they already downloaded a previous create Game Face earlier. It's worthless if you can't create multiple Game Faces for this game. That would be a shame because the feature has great potential!

If you developers need any more info please ask.

Well, I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. Created a great face on the web, linked my EA Account to the gamertag I'm using, and still it says "No Gameface available. Go to EAsportsfootball.com to create one"

I'm a massive fan of this game, and want it to be as good as it can be, but I have to admit it feels very much as if the release was rushed to beat the Pro Evo machine.

Let's hope they can sort out the problems with patch 2.

A few suggestions:

MANAGER MODE:

More realistic injuries (longer than 1 week!)
Real time weather
Assistant Manager fix - he seems like a bit of an imbecile to me!
Crashing issues on replays
Cup winning animations
Low frame rate on replays

That's all I can think of off the top of my head, but there are more. And that's a shame, and very un-EA like.

For those of you still experiencing issues, here's a few things to keep in mind:

1. If you are using a XBOX 360, you must have a XBOX Live Gold account in order to upload your Game Face into FIFA 10

2. The email address used for easports.com and your console must match for this process to work. If you're emails are different, go to help.easports.com, and email our Customer Support team. Make sure to include all of your account information, and let them know what your issue is. Someone will be in contact with you via email within 24 hours.

3. If your emails are the same, you need to make sure that you are logged into the persona associated with your console on easports.com to upload your game face into FIFA 10. For those of you seeing your game face on the web, but are getting the no game face to upload message, this could be the reason. Here's how to check and see if you are under the right persona:

To check to see if you have multiple personas, go to www.easports.com > type your gamertag/PSN name in the search section at the top right of the site > Hit Enter > Once the new screen loads, Click on the personas link > If more than once profile pulls up with your username, then you have multiple personas.

If this is the case, log in to your EA SPORTS World profile, and go to the My Bio section > Click on the Edit option > Go to personas > Change persona > Select the persona associated with your console

Then create and upload your Game Face.

If this does not help, and you are still running into issues with Game Face, please PM me the following information, and I'll work with the Dev team to get your account looked at. If you could send your information to us in this order and format with the questions still attached, that'd make things work even better:

1. What is the main issue that you are running into? Where are you being held up at in the process? What message are you seeing when you get held up?

2. What console are you trying to upload your Game Face to? If you're using a XBOX 360, can you verify if you have a XBOX Live Gold Account or not?

3. What is your Gamertag/PSN ID?

4. What time did the issue occur? If you tried multiple times, can you provide us with a general estimate of when the last time you ran into the issue was?

5. What are your PC specs? Specifically, RAM, CPU and Graphic card type, and memory?

I created my game face and after 20 minutes of cxreating it, it worked fine, it then said you can close this window and return to EA sports gameface to see it (on your comp) but I cant find it anywhere on my computer and if i go on this website to make a new one it just says " You have been approved to the Game Face BETA.

No, the Game Face feature is only for the PS3 and XBOX 360 versions of the game.
