I downloaded live 365 from the marketplace and it's still asking me to enter a code. what should i do since it doesn't give one?

Why are a bunch of rookies in the game this generic guy? For an example, Marcus Thornton and Darren Collison on the Hornets. The picture for Collison is some guy on the Warriors. When are these two guys going to be in the game as themselves and not some robot guy?
