Hi, I have a problem
when the Game Face Generation is finish, is ask me if I apply my game face and I do "OK",
after is I can't see my game face! this no loading the game face... please help me!

this is really annoying, everytime i start my fifa 10 it asks for me to register to EA.. iv alredi registered online so i put in those exact same details and then go to download gameface, it says no gameface to download. and also every single time i launch FIFA 10 it asks for me to register!!! arghh aswell, the santiago bernabeu stadium that i downloaded from FIFA store says that its out of date. but it still works :S

i made face game but after i finish i got some EASPORTSGFC file and i dont now what to do with that or with what to open this file some body can help me ?

I know as it's a BETA job there's going to be a lot of bugs but there are a lot of people talking about their problems and trying to help EA make a better program.

A message to say certain problems being looked into even if no answer is present would still be greatly appreciated by many of us here. It seems lately that the guys from EA have abandoned the forum (at least in this past week) without so much of an update on how things are progressing.

So my message is really for EA to keep us posted as we are trying to help you out but I think a few people are starting to think its pointless putting anything on here as it will get ignored.

I'm having the same problem. I generate the image, and it makes this file but doesn't redirect me anywhere when it's done downloading. Any suggestions?

do we have to have a Game Face to play virtual pro?

When i click generate game face it asks me to open EASPORTSGFC.xbap what do i do after this i dont know with what to open, it defual is foundation something and i click open it just asks me agian and again

For those of you still experiencing issues, here's a few things to keep in mind:

1. If you are using a XBOX 360, you must have a XBOX Live Gold account in order to upload your Game Face into FIFA 10

2. The email address used for easports.com and your console must match for this process to work. If you're emails are different, go to help.easports.com, and email our Customer Support team. Make sure to include all of your account information, and let them know what your issue is. Someone will be in contact with you via email within 24 hours.

3. If your emails are the same, you need to make sure that you are logged into the persona associated with your console on easports.com to upload your game face into FIFA 10. For those of you seeing your game face on the web, but are getting the no game face to upload message, this could be the reason. Here's how to check and see if you are under the right persona:

To check to see if you have multiple personas, go to www.easports.com > type your gamertag/PSN name in the search section at the top right of the site > Hit Enter > Once the new screen loads, Click on the personas link > If more than once profile pulls up with your username, then you have multiple personas.

If this is the case, log in to your EA SPORTS World profile, and go to the My Bio section > Click on the Edit option > Go to personas > Change persona > Select the persona associated with your console

Then create and upload your Game Face.

If this does not help, and you are still running into issues with Game Face, please PM me the following information, and I'll work with the Dev team to get your account looked at. If you could send your information to us in this order and format with the questions still attached, that'd make things work even better:

1. What is the main issue that you are running into? Where are you being held up at in the process? What message are you seeing when you get held up?

2. What console are you trying to upload your Game Face to? If you're using a XBOX 360, can you verify if you have a XBOX Live Gold Account or not?

3. What is your Gamertag/PSN ID?

4. What time did the issue occur? If you tried multiple times, can you provide us with a general estimate of when the last time you ran into the issue was?

5. What are your PC specs? Specifically, RAM, CPU and Graphic card type, and memory?

i have a problem when i finish downloading it it starts flashing then turn the computer off and restarts but the game face wont finish its very faulty i thought gameface was surpose to be good anyone please help me

This is exactly what happens to me. It asked me to upload, and then it keeps popping up with the save window.

yea im having that same problem also. just keeps creating the same file

I'm also having trouble today. I've made a Game Face okay last week but the actual face, when downloaded into FIFA ten is so pale I look like Michael Crawford in Pantom Of The Opera.

So, having ten mins spare, I thought I'd recreate it today and up the saturation to give me a bit more colour. Weenbtthrough the edit procedure okay but when it came to the point where you click 'Generate Game Face.' instead of going through the generate process, it opens up a Open/Save dialogue box.

Clicking on open results in multple browser tabs being spawned endlessly.

WHat's going on EA? All I wanted was a bit of colour in my cheeks! Any advice?

(To your credit, I 'love' Game Face. I'm playing Virtual Pro and have to say, even after scoring many goal I still get a real kick seeing myself celebrating after a goal. Here's an idea for Fifa 11 Virtual Pro. Let peopl;e who want it pay a fiver in advance to have the commentator record their surname for inclusion in the game and make that downloadable with their game face to add that extra bit of realism, That would be a great tweak. And how about letting is make multiple game faces so we can have all our family and friends in our team.)

Anyway, any idea what the poblem is what I can do to get it working again?

Same here with the EASPORTSGFC.xbap file. Ive uploaded both pics and made the modifications.

What the hell should we do with this file?
