allready created my game face... when i go to download in the game it says there is no gameface..

For those of you still running into issues with Game Face, please do the following:

1. Go to http://help.easports.com

2. In the search menu, type in Game Face, and hit Search

3. A list of all of the latest Game Face information and troubleshooting will be listed

If you are having trouble with the process after looking through the Game Face information, you'll need to:

1. Go to the Email Us option under the Support Links to the left of the page

2. Fill in your console under platform,

3. Enter in FIFA 10 for the game

4. Select technical then error for the category

5. You may have the option to Chat Live with a Customer Service Rep at this point

6. If not, click the continue with email option, and include the following information in your email:

a. What is the main issue that you are running into? Where are you being held up at in the process? What message are you seeing when you get held up?

b. What console are you trying to upload your Game Face to? If you're using a XBOX 360, can you verify if you have a XBOX Live Gold Account or not?

c. What is your Gamertag/PSN ID?

d. What time did the issue occur? If you tried multiple times, can you provide us with a general estimate of when the last time you ran into the issue was?

e. What are your PC specs? Specifically, RAM, CPU and Graphic card type, and memory?

7. You also have the option to upload screen shots of any of the issues that you are seeing.

8. Click Finish and Save

9. A Customer Service Rep will be in contact with you via email within 24 hours.

Before i generate my game face a window shows tha message "Aplication Download Error. The application cannot be downloaded. Check for network conectivity issues or contact the application publisher for assintance". this message appears since yesterday. Is this a problem of EA servers or is mine?

how long did it take to generate your picture? was it on xbox360?

I would just like to point out how disappointed I am that this is only available for Xbox Live Gold members in FIFA 10. The comment that this is "standard" to limit it to gold members is obviously incorrect, since I was able to use it just fine in Tiger Woods with only a silver account. Roster downloads and game patches have always been available to silver members. The gold membership account was created to allow people to play against others online. When the Game Face features for FIFA was advertised as being available in all modes, including offline, there was never any indication that you had to have a gold account to use it. My free time and money are quite limited, so I have never been able to justify paying for the gold account. But to find out that a game I spent $60 for doesn't come with all features available, that is just wrong.

Hi everyone,

I have been lucky with game face compared to some being that I easily had my face created and downloaded to xbox and my player tag on bottom right turns up no probs but my players actual face is completely different. Apologies as I wasn't going to read 9 pages but is there a patch in development to address this issue or has this been able to be resolved another way?

P.S. kudos on this game fifa, haven't played/bought a soccer game since world cup 06. Am loving it at the moment.

this game face idea is a joke the game has been out for months and it still doesnt work, if thats the case ea should not have put it in the gamein the 1st place by the time they do fix it fifa 11 will b out not long after, all am saying if there was that many problems ea should not have advertised game face its false advertisement, my game face has been made for months and it wont let me download it to my fifa pro its a joke how long this is taking, the game face idea is brilliant but the fact that it doesnt work after the amount of time thay have had to fix the problem is shoking

Two months later and still no Mac support. I guess EA's philosophy is that once they use a feature to sell the games, there's no reason to deliver on the feature. Looks like they've put up the mission accomplished banner and started working on FIFA 11.

They've left a wake of disappointed customers. Good luck getting us back in the future!

I'm trying to sign into my EA sports account, but it keeps bringing me back to the sign in/register page. I want to create a photo 3d avatar of myself for Tiger Woods PGA tour 2009. I'm having difficulties.

I Too have created a gameface, and its on my easports profile. yet when i download it on the game, it says i havent created one. It Tells Me To Go To The EA WEBSITE to create one.(when I Already Did)

Then when i try and link my PS3 ID under: Exisiting PlayStation Network Online ID (in my case lp0171005) it says that my PS3 ID has already been used... and If It Helps my ea profile persona is DJ-SiLv3R. What Solution is Needed Im Getting Kinda Frustrated!!!

I followed your instructions Loungeking, but I'm still having the same problem. When I go to "Download game face", it says there is no game face to download. I've done this for fight night and it works, but it's not working for Fifa 10.
