My xbox wont allow me to download my Gameface. it successfully generated and everything. My gameface from FIFA 11 is my gameface now, and I want to update it and it wont let me. Help??

I'm having real problems linking my psn account with my EA account like many others...i made my only psn account with an email address that was only made to be able to sign into playstation network and i never used it for anything else, just discovered that the email address and password becomes invalid after a certain time of not being used which is just great because it's the address associated with my FIFA games infact all EA games ... the email is invalid i can't retrieve it or change the password...i tried password reset and it says email address is invalid. I made a new email and password and set it as my psn sign in details also made a new EA account just yesterday with same email address and cant link the two the email address for my FIFA games in online/EA ACCOUNT SETTINGS is the invalid one and not the new one i made so i can't link the two and upload the game face i created also there's other issues like i can't accept game invites or even connect to friends my old EA account with the invalid email still exists and is linked with my psn persona but obviously i cant validate the email because its invalid lol...been going around in circles for hours now i have no clue how to fix, FIFA 10 servers close forever next month i really want to be able to upload my game face on FIFA 10...please can someone help really starting to stress out

I'm having issues downloading my game face to my 360. it brings up an error message saying "Could not download the selected file at this time. Please try again."

This has occurred for about 5 days of trying now and it's getting pretty frustrating.

Can anyone give me a hand with this?

Yeah. i had an old account that had a gameface downloaded to it, however i deleted that gameface a while back. That account was also set up to a different email if that makes a difference.

go to my fifa - my profile - save load delete - delete
and delete your previous game face there
then restart fifa
go to my virtual pro - download game face
