Im having this problem that the upload error
A media upload error occurred. Please try again a few times and, if the problem persists, contact us through our help forums to get assistance.
But I need help to upload my GameFace.

I can see you had a few upload issues indeed.

If you pm me your account/password, we will try logging in as yourself and test the upload function.

A few questions:
- If you try from another computer or at a friend's, do you get the same problem?
- What OS/browser were you trying from?
- Are you behind a firewall?

We have tried something different technically along with the new 1.5 release today.
For those of you still encountering upload issues, please try again and let us know how it goes.

I am getting extremely frustrated with this... I have been dealing with Game Face for a few days now all times of the day. I originally was able to make a game face and then it wouldn't upload to FIFA 10 so I deleted the face and tried to remake it. Now when the face is generated it does not ask to apply the face to my avatar and the "Uploaded picture" where my picture should be shows blank and does nothing when i click on it. First of all do I have to have xbox live GOLD to upload the gameface when it works? if not then i don't know what to do, otherwise i am just frustrated that it wont even generate again. Also the chat support is awful, no one on there seems to know anything, and i'm not really sure if they can understand me. I am extremely frustrated with gameface and with EA right now.... another frustration is that right before I made my original gameface for my character I was able to create and upload a game face for my friend's account, what i didn't realize is that he got a free month of gold...

Does this happen at any time of day consistently, or does it work at times? all times 8a-3a

What system OS and browser did this happen with? Happens in all browsers? Windows 7, IE, and Google Chrome

If you log out then re-log-in, still happening? all 700 times i've done it, plus i cleared cache, rebooted the computer and even made another account.

If you temporarily disable your antivirus, does it help?negative

Does this happen with any photos, or always the same ones?seems any photos

Does this happen consistently when using a single photo (front), or two photos (front and side)? I use two photos every time

Hey there,

This problem was reported by a few users and thanks to that, we managed to trace the problem and fixed it - It should be working again by tomorrow night, try again then.
Regarding Live Gold, you should normally be able to use Game Face in FIFA 11 without a GOLD membership. With FIFA 10 however, it does require a GOLD membership.

I'm also having trouble uploading my gf. I get this message:

The Game Face generation completed successfully but the server could not be contacted to upload your results. Please try again a few times and, if the problem persists, contact us through our help forums to get assistance.

Tried over and over agein, but nothing.

i've been tryin to upload my gameface and it keeps on saying:
" The Game Face generation completed successfully but the server could not be contacted to upload your results. Please try again a few times and, if the problem persists, contact us through our help forums to get assistance."[u]

i tried upload from another account and have the same problem. I even disable antivirus. My OS Windows 7 64-bit, all plugins installed. My CPU (Core 2 Quad 2.33 Ghz) used 100% of his power.
