Hi I'm having the same problem. It keeps asking for my 365 code and I keep trying to put it in and it says its already in use. So everytime I start the game, I get the long annoying NBA LIVE 365 introduction EVERYTIME! I can play online with it fine...but it keeps telling me to put in the dang code.

make sure the letters r upper case when u put the code in that should woRk. And once u pick a team when it ask u your fav team it will no longer show the 365 video

I did put in the favorite team and also tried all uppercase and still have the same problem.

The reason why you keep getting that introduction is because you don't have a profile signed in on NBA LIVE 09. Create a NBA LIVE 09 profile and save it. You won't get the intro anymore.

The game was fine until I downloaded the 365 update?

Since I downloaded the 365 update, H.Ehadadi is causing me problems in franchise mode, If I'm using the Grizzlies I go to the trade option and his name is on the list twice. If I'm using another team and try & trade for him my player goes to his team but he stays there. When I simulate a game he's not there & it replaces him with someone on the inactive list. So I released him & started a whole new franchise, a similar thing happened, I signed him but when I go back to the free agent list he's still there so I try and sign him again and it ends up being someone else from the free agent list. The other thing is Allan Houston is invisible! On his profile photo and when you use him in the game.

ps. Love the game and love the 365 concept & I know there's always going to be teething problems when you add a feature this big, I just hope it can be fixed in the next download.

The issues I have is on the online team play when you try to pass the ball in you cant move the point guard around for a few seconds then the A.I. throws the ball in right away automatically making it easy for the computer to pick off the ball for an easy score and it ruins the game. And even when its a user passing the ball in it throws it automatically.

Second of all when there is a lose ball the animation to pick it up is terrible they very rarely actually pick up the ball sometimes it takes two of three times to actually pick it up.

The last thing is that people and the ball go out of bounds and its hardly called I've seen people standing out of bounds with the ball and it's never called.

Overall its a great game. The online multiplayer is the future of sports gaming and I love what you guys are doing with it. I just wanted to make my voice heard. I wish there were more places I could put my input in on. Thanks for listing and keep up the good work.

Is Live 365 only going to be updated during regular season? Are they going to add players in? I.E. The warriors are probably going to keep DeMarcus Nelson, but he is not in the game?

I put in my code and then it says incorrect code, and i tried upper case lower case with the dash without the dash nothing works at all!!!!!!

I downloaded the OKC Thunder packet on PSN and after downloading it twice and uploading it to my machine and then loading the game, it still didn't work. the OKC Thunder is still just Oklahoma City. BTW, my game is made in japan but i don't know if there is a difference if it was made in the U.S. or japan.

I'm still getting the 365 code problem. It keeps telling me code is already in use and I bought the damn game brand new. What gives? I thought they fixed this?

issue- everytime i try to join a team play game, whether it's club tryouts or unranked team play, it shows me 0 players on both teams, doesn't show my name in the middle, and then kicks me within 5 seconds. if someone invites me into a team play game, i can get in but then when the game starts the computer controls my player, so i have to quit anyway.
time- this has been going on for about 2 days.

- can't even update to version 1.01, so my Live 365 is useless. I was able to download the Thunder update, but I don't know why I can't update to version 1.01. It says connection timed out or whatever, but my internet connection is working.
