How do I access and add games to the Veteran Program?

You can access the Battlefield Veteran via the following URL http://Veteran.Battlefield.com

Log into the site with your email address and password that you use for your EA Account. Your Gamertag or PSN ID must be linked to the EA account you log in with.

Once these issues have been resolved you will be able to add the games to your Veteran account as described below:

Battlefield 2142, Battlefield 2 and Battlefield 2 Expansions/Booster packs are linked by entering your Soldier name and password. Your Battlefield account must be linked to the EA Account you are logged in with.

Battlefield 2142 Northern Strike and Battlefield Heroes Beta participation are detected automatically.

Bad Company, Bad Company Demo and Modern Combat are linked by entering your Gamertag/PSN ID. This ID must be linked to your EA account (see above)

Battlefield Vietnam, Battlefield 1942 and expansions are added by entering your CD Key.

How does the Ranking system work?

Only the base Battlefield Games add to your Veteran Rank, expansions, demos and booster packs (BF2 Euro Forces, Northern Strike, Bad Company Demo etc) do not.

You need at least two games to get to Rank one. For example Bad Company + 2142 equals rank 1.

How do I get my Bad Company unlock?

Once you have reached a veteran rank of one or higher the Assault rifle unlock will automatically be available in game.

How do I get help?

If you are having difficulty linking your games to the Veteran?s program you can get help by contacting EA Support at http://support.ea.com.

Please include the account names and serial key of the games you are trying to add to your Veteran account.

Anyone who cannot successfully link their account needs to contact Support for assistance. For the fastest possible turnaround, make sure to use these steps:

1. Go to http://support.ea.com and click on "Contact Us" at the left.
2. Login the same way you would on the forum.
3. Choose your platform and Battlefield Bad Company from the list.
4. For Category, choose "My Account" and then "Account Merging".
5. Include all the information requested where it says "Describe Your Issue" as well as any details that may help us in setting up your accounts.
6. Click "Finish and Save" when you're done.

You should get a reply with about 24 hours, but if you update your ticket before you get a response it may reset your place in the queue.

None of my Battlefield 1942 CD Keys will work. It says they have all been claimed. I've got all three games. The same goes with my Battlefield Vietnam CD key.

Same here.

I have the same problem. My BF1942 and Road to Rome CD Keys don't work, and this seems to be happening to a lot of people.

We are currently working on an issue with Veteran program web site. You may see error logging into the site, and you may not currently be able to link some of the games to your account.

I'll post back here with more news as it becomes availble.

Same goes for problems with the site claiming that CD reg codes have already been claimed? Creating a support ticket that is..

On the veteran page, there's no place to enter any CD keys. I can log in to the site fine, but the next page just says "Battefield Bad Company Coming Soon". I have all of my personas linked. Perhaps it's not quite ready yet?

I've been having similar problems it says:

That my BF2142 account settings are wrong
my Vietnam CD-key has already been used
my BF1942, BF1942: The Road to Rome, and BF1942: Secret Weapons of WWII CD-key's have already been used

Please help

still not fixed! WTF? get on it. oh and while ur at it give me my sniper rifle and you can have the m60 back.
