Well a fair catch will work on kickoff return and punt return but you have to be outta the end zone. if you dont want them to run once they catch it or pick it off then just wait in the end zone and hell take a knee trust me it works..if he starts to run by himself take control of him and dont let him pass the end zone line and then the player will take a knee

You have to push start and go under coaching options and it should say challenge play unless its under 2 minutes or the play isnt challengble

I have the Madden 2010 game on Playstation2.I have been playing the franchise mode and i'm in season 2.I was just finishing a game for week 6 and i was trying to get to week 7 but for some reason there was one game that i couldn't get simulated.Every other game was simulated and i have tried everything to get this one game simulated so i can get on to week 7.Everything else is working fine.The Game is not freezing,and everything else seems normal.Is this just a glitch or is there something i can do to get this fixed.I would really hate to start over again.

when playing in franchise mode, why is it when your iq gets so high it is damn near impossible to completer a pass even in practice mode(offense only)?

I cant log on to Madden 10 (Wii) online. Is there a problem with my network or is this a general problem. After i logon i select my character and then as its loading i get a message telling me "An error has occured while communicating with EA servers. Do you want to try again?", then every time i try i get the same message.

I was wondering why there is a difference in ratings that show up in team management in comparison to the ratings in the depth chart. For instance Joe Flacco is 90 for me in team management but when I get him into the game/depth chart he is only a 83. Short Changed!

I run a 8 human franchise. One of my owners is unable to play his game because his computer controlled opponent's roster is not up to date? I understand this could mean not enough required players at a certain position etc etc. The problem is there is no way for any of us to go into the teams roster and fix the issue. Is there some solution that i am unaware of or is this just typical amateur coding practice's from EA.

does anyone think players get injured to often in one game

I down loaded the new roster up date today. I then created a new franchise for my league. How come my on line franchise is not using the updated rosters?

Did I not do It correctly?

Please help as our games are supposeto start tonight.

The profiles are set to your PS3 profile at the PS3 menu. You will have to quit the game and change your profile setting at the PS3 menu before entering the game again.

How do you handle an offline franchise with multiple teams / players? Can there be two profiles at once?

I asked around for you and actually the only updater rosters that couldve been used werer the ones introducing Favre and Vick into the game. Other than that the online rosters are for when your playing someelse online. Yea i know it sucks but an online franchise you can do whatever you want and try and get new players onto your team instead of starting from the exact team in real life. Hope the answers your question. Good luck in your franchise

Are you playing an online franchise by yourself and controlling different teams or are you and a group of friends starting one on one PS3? Both are possible to do. but please explain so I can fully help you out

Send in your questions to me either in a PM or on this topic i check this frequently when I get on. I do not work for EA or am employed to do this but I like you have had the same problems. Thanks. That is kinda what I thought. This is aweful. Not only can we not use the updated roster, the playoff tie breaker is alphebetical order. Once again making franchise mode unusable.

All that EA had to do was give the comish more powers. If I could go in and change the the players stats myself I would. Just give us Options.

This game just seems unfinished. I really like the game play this year. But the online franchise stuff wrecks it for me.
