hi yaaall im having the same problem, i create my game face and all the stuff but when i want to downloaded to xbox it says theres no game face to download , what can i do for this? i got the same mail on my xbox and on EA account so i think that its linked or should i send my info to get it linked? thanks for youre help

since i uploaded my last game face the easports.com page changed. Now i Can't find the game face application anymore. Is it because it is removed or because i just can't find it?

yeaah i think they deactivated the game face cuz i cant find it either. would be nice to know wtf is going on right now

Hi gus, theproblem I'm faing with the Game Face is that whenever it reaches the final step where I actually have to render the image, it gives an error saying Server Not Responding and it gives me 3 retries but nothing happens. I have tried doing this about 7-8 times now in a matter of an hour or so (which means I tried after every few minutes or so), but to no avail. Would highly appreciate it if someone could highlight why am I facing this problem and how soon will it be fixed?

2 weeks I try to upload at the GameFace but does not work.
Today Friday April 2, 2010 I rebuilt everything but still not working.
I can see on the site, I connect my PS3 account correctly (ITApabloescobar) and FIFA10 are connected ITApabloescobar.
when loading the game from the game face that tells me there ....
What should I do help I'm going crazy.

I found something very interesting on the site there are 2 users in http://www.easportsfootball.co.uk/?!?!?!?!?!
that's why I can not see the game face, because the PS3 account connected with ITApabloescobar is another ?!?!?!? !?!?
what a mess, you can delete all of these accounts and recreate it from scratch?

guys i cant seemto find the actual game face app to create it, can anyone tell me if it still exists and if so, give us a link would really appreciate it..

Is there an answer of the "OPERATIONAL ERROR"?

Is that error because of heavy traffic? Or is there something else going on?

I have a friend that was able to get his to work the first time he tried to get his game face, I have tried at least 10 times if not more and I get all the way to where it generates the image and then stops and says "OPERATIONAL ERROR"..
Anyone?

um..the only thing that is stopping me personly is that when i pick "create a new photo game face" it will not let me scroll down to next and catopoults me back to the top please contact me via email i seriously need some help for this thank you for your time
