First of all, Does it work for FIFA 12 PC? I had made my Game Face in past year and it worked (i used Windows XP!), but there also was an upload error or something like that, as I remember, but i fixed it. Now I decided to create a new one for FIFA 12 PC, but I can't make it

Log gives me a clean text

1. Does this happen at any time of day consistently, or does it work at times?
I tried it many times at different time of day

2.What system OS and browser did this happen with? Happens in all browsers?
Windows 7 SP1 64-bit Ultimate, I have tried browsers IE9, Google Chrome, also I have downloaded clean Firefox 7 but still doesn't work

3. If you log out then re-log-in, still happening?
Yes it is still happening

4. If you temporarily disable your antivirus, does it help?
No, I've tried it, doesn't help at all

5. Does this happen with any photos, or always the same ones?

6. Does this happen consistently when using a single photo (front), or two photos (front and side)?
I've tried once with only one photo - the same result

Also, I have tried 2 couples of photos ( I mean one for front one for side), the same error.

AND If I try the old photo (Server Photo) which worked before it gives me another Error

Game face worked fine the last couple of days, but today as i wannted to change my face a liitle (white face, back neck) i get the following message: "There is a problem preparing the input assets" for quite a while now.

some internal errors @EA tells my Mac...

Same issue for me, constantly for 3 days. I can't even provide the log file, as the exported .txt file is empty.

Hey there, I'm having an issue uploading my Game Face on FIFA 12, I already contacted EA Support but they don't solve anything.
So I had a Game Face created some time ago from Game Face BETA, yesterday I created my virtual pro on FIFA 12 and loaded my Game Face. I wasn't satisfied with that, so I created a new one today. But everytime I laod my Game Face into FIFA it says that the Game Face was already loaded and keeps the old one.

What's wrong with it?

BTW I think I have some connecting issues between my EA account and my PSN account, because on my EA Account on the selecting persona menu it doesn't appear my PSN account, and all my stats don't show on my EA profile...

mine says directX9 and video card not installed

The Game Face generation completed successfully but the server could not be contacted to upload your results. Please try again a few times and, if the problem persists, contact us through our help forums to get assistance.

Is there anything I can do to get this to upload I have tried from my Mac with chrome and from my Windows 7 PC with IE9???

I've generated my avatar, but i can't upload it on server. I have a message like this: A media upload error occurred. Please try again a few times and, if the problem persists, contact us through our help forums to get assistance.
I've tried many times but it'n not working.
What's a problem?

Hi,

I am trying to put my "Game Face" into TigerWoods13 and for the life of me cannot figure out how to do so. The game says you can either use the PS3 Camera (Which I do not have one) or you can create one on www.easports.com and then it will link with your account (Which I did and it didn't)

I contacted customer support, I had a Chat with someone named Anshul, very polite, but he could not resolve the issue.

As you can see, I did create a Game Face using the EA website and it looks great...

I just got off the phone with perhaps the most informative and helpful support representative I think I have ever encountered with any corporation, guy by the name of Michael over at the EASports support call center.

What I was told is that those of us using the EA Sports Web based client for Game Face have a waiting period before we can load it into the Game Console. (PS3 here) I was informed that it is 30-45 days before EA allows the UGC Game Face to be loaded to the new title TigerWoods13, which I suppose makes sense seeing as how we are still unable to even register the game on EASports.com as of today.

He said he would give a call back next Wednesday, the 25th with an update on EA's progress with getting Game Face downloads ready for TigerWoods13 and of course apologized for the confusion it may have caused. (which was a lot)

Here is where the title of this post comes in, WTF EA if this is truly the case here, why wouldn't you as a company simply inform us the consumers that there will be a waiting period before said service is operational? It could have saved me roughly 17 hours of trouble shooting and looking to resolve something that clearly isn't even a real problem, at least on the customer end of the equation.

To be clear, I have no issue with the waiting period itself, if it is truly the best way to possibly cause the least amount of problems with a newly released game. I have issue with EA for not informing us the consumers in any way shape or form that there even is a waiting period for such a service.

I am not alone here, there are numerous posts throughout these forums regarding the exact same "Issue" that apparently isn't an "Issue" at all.

Just be upfront EA, the vast majority of us consumers return truthfulness in a corporation with loyalty to said corporation.

Have a little faith in humanity that we would purchase the game anyway, then patiently wait for it's full functionality.

I hope this post helps someone who was chasing their own tail as I was, it just flat out doesn't work yet, you aren't doing anything wrong, nor are you an idiot for not being able to figure how to make it work. It very simply just isn't operational as of today.
