Winning against a top player and not rematching - I hate that. You played well and deserved it, Mmase, because you didn't make the errors, while I did so.

If anyone else is online (Verdasco, James, Showtime, Epon or winagain), I'm waiting in the lobby for someone against whom I can make up some points. And Verdasco: Either on Verdasco2010 or Verdasco2011, because LegendReturn is not on my friend list.

& i have only just realised how good your backhand is lol

Thanks for 2 great EXTREMELY LONG matches

Mmase, we have played. But not today. And yes, VMoe's backhand is dangerous.

Beutejagd is not an account of Epon, it's one of mine. If my backhand is good, then Epon will blow you away with his. You sliced almost as good as CmonChrissy and I was maybe a bit too impatient on some points. The match point annoyed me: I thought I had won the point with my cross court top spin, but somehow you jumped to the ball, forcing me to hit one more shot and since I wasn't prepared for it I hit it out.

Epon has Aik and Maikaefer and some other unknown accounts. You were still in that corner while I hit that shot a few inches out, so you wouldn't have gotten that one. Maybe you would have won the third match point, I don't know, definitely could have been.

Why do you decline a ranked match? There is no point for me to play on my highest ranked account if the match is unranked, then I can simply play on an alt. The very first invite I sent (a few days ago) was unranked because I'm used to setting up unranked invites when I play on alts against players I know.

yh thats what I meant, I would have won the third but I guess really thats irrelevant because I won the second

No problem, it takes some time getting used to play lots of 6-game sets in a row. Several times in the past CmonChrissy and I played up to five or six 6-game sets in a row - maybe that's an advantage of being older. That's what I like about GST, all the mental aspects of real tennis are part of it and play a huge role.

YES THEY DO.

if i would have known you were vmoe and not epon I most prob would have lost that match I had such a mental block against you and because stunningly nervous at even the chance to break you lol

I guess after that win its like hitting 2 birds with 1 stone

Frustrating matches against Philbear. Frustrating because 99% of matches are not like this. Good connection, Wimbledon, one of the best players, and every action on the court, by him or by me, comprehensible. I could see him literally working to defend on the baseline. I had to work too, got wrongfooted or stopped tyring to get the ball because I early saw that I wouldn't reach it.

It's ridiculous that it is harder to hit passing shots against Zipit - he stands on mid-court, my flats super slow and he - a giant. Who whiped away my stones I throwed at him with so much ease. Not a real problem to win if you adapt your tactics (mainly cross topspins and some dropshots, because all mid-courters only wait for down the lines to hit cross volley winners), but if he came over to Europe I wouldn't even have to change them.

I only remember one error by me in three matches against Philbear and I exactly knew what I've had done wrong. I played almost perfectly by my standards. In lag matches shots generally float longer than they should and go out: down the line flats -> out, cross topspins -> out, serves -> fault. Or all of a sudden magically move into the net, although it looked as if they flew over it. Being punished for no mistake causes frustration. Play online doubles and try to hit flats -> many will go out due to the extreme lag in doubles mode.

I will never play this game again.

Who's taking over your voice now? I guess VMoe is 2nd on the list?
