This was the second unit i tried to sync. Same results both times. The monitors do not sync with my wii. About ready to trash the unit and avoid EA altogether. will if no one came provide a resolution. I thought customer was supposed to actually help. Same problem no resolutions. AND YES i HAVE FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS. sEVERAL TIMES. HAD MY KID TRY IT TOO. same frustrating result. (caps unintentional, sorry)

Have already returned and exchanged the unit. Still the same problem. the monitors do not sycn with the consol.
Seems the only thing to do is return foir a refund and no longer buy an EA product.

The only other thing I can think of is to make sure the Wii is powered off when you plug in the USB receiver. Not in standby, but unplugged so it powers all the way down.

Seems to lose connection with the devices about half way thru a days workout. Tells me to hold still and keep arms down for long periods of time. I have actually taken the units off and set them on the ground and it continues to state the same thing. I have changed the baterries and even moved the USB dongle to the front with a USB extension, still does the same thing, i usually stand 4-5 feet away from the dongle.

Tried to use the contact page and it keeps telling me to enter the product name. It even copmpletes the name as I type it, but does not seem to recognize its own product when submitting.

I have the EA Sports Active for the PS3. I noticed there is no downloadable content(additional workout routines). It would be nice if they make the "NFL Training Camp" downloadable content for a price versus buying EASA2 all over again when it comes to PS3. Long story short is that there are ton's of different workout routines that focus on different parts of the body. This is a great opportunity for EA to provide different training routines for consumers at a price. Imagine the P90X workout routine on the PS3

Why is it that almost anything that requires an excercise from the floor or close to the floor can't be recognized by the Wii. Is there a recommended distance. I think this concept is great, however the fact that it doesn't consistently work is frustrating. I'm very close to returning this whole unit if EA can not give me a remedy or guidelines to follow to make my workouts 100%. You also can't submit anything under contact us for NFL Training Camp!!!!!

I have tried for two straight days ot get the peripherals to work - they don't. I have updated, re-synched and everyting. It's going back this weekend. It may go back tomorrow.

I'll exchange or whatever,but right now, I am really unimpressed with the quality of this product.

Did you change your password to access the forums or other content via the web?
If you change your password here, your Wii connection will stop working, and as far as I can tell there's no way to reset it on the Wii short of creating a new profile. I did this exact thing, but fortunately I was able to remember my original password and change it back for the forums.

When will ea sports active nfl training camp be available for PS3?

I just bought mine today and I love the concept of the game! But like others here have mentioned any floor work I do the game doesnt recognize it ;(

I was doing those side ups and it kept telling me "Cmon " etc and I was getting mad cause I was there !!! Then the program wont move on until it thinks youve done the rep. So that was frustrating. I even took my sensor down from the TV and laid it on the floor and it still didnt see it. I finally ended up jumping around trying to wave my leg like a dog peeing on a tree and it finally thought I was doing the exercise.

I love challenges so I really would like to figure out how to get the sensor to see me! I suppose this is the difference between Wii and Kinect (sp)

I play a variety of Dance games ( zumba , michael Jackson etc) and I do have problems with it seeing me move and its frustrating cause it affects your score. Yes the exercise is the important part but when you need to up your levels to open new things well I'd like credit for what I did do !

So anyone find a remedy for the floor exercises?

I lost previous earned pro shop points, when I tried to restart the 60 day challenge. I deleted my game profile. The milestones show completed but the points are lost. I need them to complete the points milestones for each level. How can I get them back? Customer service suggested I come here.

I bought the active 2 game for wii and needed a second set of controllers for my wife to use it too so I bought NFL training camp. I have used the active 2 a lot but just started to use NFL training camp and have not been able to finish a workout. Almost every workout the sensors are not being picked up and I can not continue because it will stop mid workout and keep asking me to do a certain move.

It seems that this is a common problem but I have not seen a solution.

Do not buy Wii NFL Training Camp. No matter what you do, it will not work and no one is going to help you. Guess they figure that they've already got your money, so they are done with you. We've had this game since Christmas and have done every possible suggestion (including buying new parts for it) IT DOES NOT WORK!! Get your money back or if you haven't already bought it, DON'T!!!!
