For having to download rosters all the time Just deleate the rosters you have then go play a game online, download the rosters , after the game go and save them, name them online for gigles. Then create your off line rosters. and save

I doubt that they will update anyones ratings EA does it in Madden but I've never seen it in NHL... it be nice to see but with the level of initiative I've seen... more unreachable than anything....

You guys guys don't get it they have done nothing. There lying about everything patches and rosters there blowing smoke all over the place. They can talk all they want EA is known for that I just about gave up on you guys until I see some changes. They have done nothing with the rosters that's why they don't know when there coming out or whats up with them.

I think everyone needs to relax and have a little patience!!! I too am eagerly awaiting the roster update, but in the mean time I have been trying to keep my rosters up to date myself, the major roster moves anyway. As soon as the roster update comes out we will be seeing posts complaining about what they forgot or didn't do. While I'm not trying to defend EA, they are overdue for an update, it is impossible to constantly keep up with all the transactions that happen on a day to day basis in the NHL, so a few weeks after this update comes out people will be asking about the next one. In my opinion we need to be patient and try to keep our rosters a little up to date ourselves.

I feel sorry for Crazylegs and Oilersguru, having to deal with some of the imatue, and impatient people postig on here... its ridiculous, i have just one question about the roster update will the goalies who have different goal pads then last year have their new pads they are currently wearing?

Please release a NHL update now. Most of us don't care about obscure AHL players, we just want the current NHL rosters. You can always release a comprehensive AHL update sometime in the future.

Dynasty mode, my personal favorite, is useless until the update is released. It's doubly frustrating because the update was out so much earlier last year (not to mention the fact that those other guys already got theirs out).

Again, forget the AHL. I would rather go without it than have to wait this long to get NHL rookies into the game. This is NHL '08, not AHL '08.

On a positive note, good job fixing XBL team play. It's SO much better now.

Do you think maybe because the AHL rosters are there and available for online play and players have come up and gone down to the minors, THEY HAVE TO do the AHL rosters?

If not it could probably get messy.

Seriously tho, forget that I am a mod for a minute and think of me as someone who bought the game too (I really did).

I want the rosters too. But I understand things take time and there are legal issues at work too.

I am being patient. I am confident we will have updated rosters soon.



Oh and for the record I would personally pay $60 for this game for just online. I don't play Dynasty or offline (except for practice).

For ages we have heard about wanting AHL roster's and now for authenticity EA put them in with REAL players.

And now probably most of the same public are the ones complaining LMAO.
(not saying all the complainers and DEFINATELY not naming names!)

Anyway they will be with us soon.

I wanted them, now I got them, and love it. I also can wait for the updates.
