exactly. I have a ps3 but i was sooo close to getting a 360 because there were no ps3s available and I pretty much only play hockey on any console I have (i play the others games for awhile, but I usually can play hockey until the next release comes out).

i'm just glad I will be able to play NHL 08 and not have to be forced to suffer the arcade style NHL 2K7

Same here. I just had to play it, it looked so good.

I just wish the games would say on them what they are capable of

you know a little logo/design in the corner of the box that says 1080p, 60fps... etc...

Or that EA would themselves tell us FOR SURE what nhl will be...at very least it should say on their site where you order the game.. not that 30fps vs 60fps would change my mind but I would like to know so I know...
