I was getting my hopes up. It was 31st. . thirty-freagin-first. . . but then I started actually reading them. Now it sounds totally april fools ish. Dammit.

I really hope some of this is a joke. Like the duct tape and broken weapons. Also plz add Capture the Flag to the concole versions.

Some of it is april fools (engineer thing doesnt sound like BF at all, although it wouldnt be bad), The whole medic thing is kinda sketchy at best. Ford F-150... that was the biggest give away. the game types though, EA/Dice would never release a BF game without conquest again- they saw what happened with BF:BC, there was a riot!

But some of it i think is real, such as the maps, BF has always given more than a few maps upon release, following with more in some later patches. They might actually be adding more classes and more tools for destruction. They probably are going to add more vehicals (all the more to destroy your house with). Judging by the trailer i think there might actually be blood (it could happen). Maybe there will be JDAM disrupter things (too many people complained), as well as SAM sights.

The engineers being able to build stuff was the one that made me wanna boycott the game, TEAM FORTRESS IN BATTLEFIELD! You sir have crossed the line! Like the engineers in the army have the ability to create missile scrambling sites with a monkey wrench lol

Automated security turrets? ( leave the shooting to us please )
Only being able to spawn near your squad in combat? ( what so if i want to plan a strike my squad will have to take 10 minutes regrouping? )

Weapons breaks? Engineers are the only ones to fix them? ( Why the hell was I not trained to fix my own weapon over my YEARS at bootcamp? Infact, why the *** are my government giving me weapons that break! )

You see many medics in wars running in with a pistol?

Lol not only this feature list but on Planet Battlefield there is a headline saying "BF3 trailer Leaked" I actually thought it was real, but it's just some BF2 video lol.

Just because this thread was an April Fools doesn't mean that some of the features listed won't be in the game.
