i know most of these were mentioned but:

a day/night cycle would be super hot. i've wanted that since og. you could have the option to use camera light or maybe nightvision to record (in addition to any artificial in game lighting available at whatever spot your skating).

bigger selection of flip tricks. i'd like to see nightmare/dream flips personally.

the ability to edit replays in online modes.

the option to turn off "auto grind" or a meter that spans from "no glue to all glue" or something like that. I can't tell you how many times i've tried to manny on something during a line and ended up grinding.

tweaks on the physics engine, or the option to turn it down.

The animations are good, but there are still way too many bugs in it for it to be as good as it was supposed to be. It's still jerky and sporadic at times in the games that have used it so far. It needs a bit more time to fully iron out the issues, but if it does then yes it'd be the greatest engine ever. EA isn't going to change over to it though, because they've already spent so much time on their own and they'd have to pay a lot to get the rights to use it... plus they'd need to learn it and change a lot of things that are already done basically.

I think they just need to fix up their current system a bit more. They improved it for Skate 2, and I'm sure it'll be even better for Skate 3 if they make it.

gta 4 is very different though, that backbreaker game looks sick (hate football but im sayin the animations etc look amazing), and switching out the current engine for euphoria would be 100 times better, no more stiff and bland repetitive unlife like animations it would be great, and it would be worth the money cuz more people would be attracted to the game (in my opinion). the current engine is lame, i mean they didnt even improve it from skate 1, they made 360's 1% harder to do and added more floating and took away even more gravity etc. skate 3 could be amazing if they actually listen to our ideas and make it realistic and dont make another re hash and spend tons of time and effort on non skateboarding related crap like hall of meat and ragdoll bail physics etc. maybe im wrong but thats just my opinion.

Yeah, you pretty much covered everything.

Some cool clothing options should be thing such as:

Tongues sticking out of shoes
More pant options such as Skinny, medium, baggy/low etc. Also maybe holes in the pants
Sleeveless T's, maybe like the sleeves were ripped off(?)
More Nike SB's cuz they're tight.
More hair styles; the ones in Skate 2 all look gay.
More shorts; The ones in Skate 2 look gay as well
Maybe graphics/different cuts on griptape (Sort of like Tony Hawk games)

I also think it'd be cool if you had to replace your board every so often, and you could view how much damage your board has (maybe a meter?)

My perfect skate 3

The ability the anchor movable objects, or just make the objects more weighted.

The ability to wax ledges, if the ledge has no wax you wont travel as far. Give each object it's own friction based on there texture. There could be a video just like when you uncap a ledge.

Nose to tail in graphics creator.

Yeah i'd like to see night and weather cycle's to. And the use of spotlight's

More customization in the player creation. Every video I see it's seem's like everyone has the same face.

I could go on and on, these where just some of the many things I would like to see in skate 3.

yeah that and more medium-long hair, its not that im into fashion haha i just wanna make my guy look more like me, also have some more buzz cuts. and definitely a good face customization i hate looking like a cave man.

CATCHABLE flips!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SLOW FLIPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i hate it when you do a flip trick down stairs and you do a high and fast flip and popless tricks are stupid on stairs
it would be so nice with catchale flips and slow flips
and its stupid that you can do a 360 flip to grind to 360 flip to grind to 360 flip to grind ....
and you can do endless grinds thats stupid

and you´re own trick animations like mike carrolls kickflips and jerry hus´ 360 flips
and breakable decks and trucks

Watch what you ask for:
Rain would be stupid because it would decide to rain when filming for a part or trying to to a challenge.
The graphics need to go over the whole deck.
More hat "wearing" styles. like looser
Sagging pants.
I think they need to study the current styles of skaters.
Tongues sticking out would be fly and nice lacing.
Better shorts.
All deck companies. KAYO CORP!
Breakable decks on BIG drops would be ok, but not on every bail. But they would most likely go overboard with it. So I wouldn't ask for it.
The X-Games is whack IMO. And I think a selectable scoring system for contests like arcade (which scores the amount of spins and quad flips you could do) versus a realistic system (which scores bs and fs flips, switch hardflips and others more than 540 nosebone backflips)
Better looking nose manuals.

footnote: gta will never get old for me....just like skate. just because you don't appreciate it doesn't mean the game is flawed.

also euphoria is completely different than most people think.

i would do A LOT but adding to the style thing you should be able to go to a Create-A-Style were you can choose if you catch with your front foot or your back and manually adjust how far youre feet are spread on every trick and so on but with tres you could get that mike-mo/lem villemen and other skaters..also have frontside flips 1 motion instead of kickflip catch then 180..i would hate rain.....it would rain every 10 seconds and who skates in the rain? it would be like proving ground....Day/Night would be sick, i agree with alot of people on the things theyre saying.......
