About the Japanese T3 cars. These would be like in carbon. T3 tuner cars handled very well, but don't top out quite the same, So, make there top ends like 10-15mph less than the M3 GTR, and increase handling and reduce the wieght, making the accel around the R8's level. And when untuned, make them drive like Pro packaged T2 cars, so if you want to use it, you still can against other T2 people (this is so your T3 car can be used outside of T3 races/pursuit grinding). They SHOULD also be cheaper, IE T3 Supra/Skyline/NSX should be about 400k, w/ 2 packages available(street and pro), or 2 levels of parts available when it changes to single parts. They should be similar to the 370z in pursuits, kinda middle ground.
