Let me preface this by saying I do love the game, and the out-of-bounds calls are no reason not to buy it. But it really stinks and takes away the challenge when a ball that is sonsidered in play on a golf course is considered ob in TW. I welcome the challenge of trying to get up and down on the 16th hole when I hit the ball on the 15th fairway, instead you have to re-tee for your third shot and that really stinks. Making mistakes and challenging yourself to recover from them is what makes a game fun. For those of you who say the solution to this is to "keep the ball in the fairway" really, is that the best response you can come up with? That's like saying when you play Madden don't fumble or throw an interception. Or in NBA Live don't ever commit a foul. Missing the fairway horribly is a part of the great game of golf. If you don't believe me ask the guy whose name and picture is on the cover of the game, he misses the fairway quite a bit too.

A message to EA Tim.... Thanks guy for the 411 about the putting. I should have figured that they would allow for some veriety. And if I offended anyone sorry I meant the smoking line as a joke. I'm a methadone person myself HA HA. Maybe I'll give it a second chance, most of the players I like to join up with online are now steady 2010 players. Later, MP:>

FYI, women are allowed to play on the course as long as they are a guest of a member. Do some simple research before posting false information and making yourself look like a jack@$$.

I wouldn't have bought it if I knew it was going to lock up when you made a hole in one on some courses and if
I knew the multiplayer doesn't work if you buy items from the eastore.

I guess those aren't real reasons not to buy though.
