Awesome list! Just what I needed. I'm starting tomorrow since I just got my EA Sports Active the other day. Can't wait!

One impressive list. I thought I did Delt raises, but I may be wrong.
I am very excited about my 30 day challenge! I changed out the resistance band to one double it's weight because I wasn't feeling the upper body exercises at all and my heart rate dropped way low (Heart Rate Monitor BEEP BEEP BEEP) $10 bucks at Walmart for 3 I think it was. Handle is tough so I wear gloves I had bought for my kettle ball.
Again Thanks for the List it will serve a lot of people well!
I post on Livestrong.com Forum EA Sports Active if anyone wants to come on over and visit there.
Have a great day!

Once you start the game and load your profile, select PRESET & CUSTOM WORKOUTS. Then select WORKOUT ON MY OWN and select the MY CUSTOM WORKOUT tab. Then hit the CREATE WORKOUT button and select a series of exercises to do. It even has a SPORTS tab with all the sports exercises in it. Save your worout and perform it any time you want!

Also, if you put together a custom workout and then wish the whole thing was either harder or easier, you can do a mass change. On the Custom Workout screen rather then hovering over each exercise in your custom list, there is an "Overall Change" button in the center bottom of the window. By clicking either the plus or minus you can do a mass change of intensity level.
I also like the split it shows in the lower left hand corner of the percentage focus of the workout between cardio, upper body, and lower body. (as well as the time and calories in the lower right corner.)

Does this list change with the More Workouts edition? It's not clear on the site if More workouts has "more workouts", but still includes the ones from Personal Trainer.

More Workouts has 35 all new exercises and activities. The exercises from the two products are not combined. You can import you profile from Personal Trainer into More Workouts if you want.
Some new exercises/activities include:
- warm up, cool down stations
- abs
- 6 week challenge
It's also set in a tropical setting! Looks glorious!

So if someone doesn't have either, where should they start? Does More Workouts still target all the muscles & cardio levels that Personal Trainer does? I guess I am looking to see how they differ. Is MW a better and improved version than PT, or another "thing" altogether?
Probably OVER thinking this! LOL!

I need to preface this that I have only had More Workouts for one day and used it one time...that being said I think I would advise going straight to More Workouts (of course you will need an elastic strap and leg strap which does NOT come with More Workouts). More workouts is indead a better and improved version of Personal Trainer and I don't see myself going back and forth unless I find (with time) that there is something that PT gets and More Workouts doesn't. I think MW targets all the muscles and cardio levels as PT does, but does it an a more interesting and fun way.
