Could you try something and let me know. Try generating your Gameface with a photo that is no more than 1024 pixels wide or tall. Then save, and redownload in game. Helps?

Yes! It loaded properly. I used a smaller pixel rate like you asked and it worked. Thanks a bunch!

me im having a diferent problem i have a gameface donne from 2010 but now i want to update to 2011 whit a new photo and went i try to do a new gameface over the old one it all works fine until the link button generate gameface witch never goes on just stays off all the time... i can i do?

this workaround doesnt work for me, i try even at 640*480, but nothing work. did you know is there gonna be an update or patch for fifa 11 pc to solve this problem, i see many people in this same situation

Yes, we will correct this issue server side in a matter of days. Fix is being crafted at this moment.

Hi, I've used the Gameface that I created for FIFA 10 in FIFA 11 and even though it looks great on my computer it only seems to have transferred over my actual facial features into my new virtual pro on my PS3. I'm naturally pale and my face on my virtual pro is almost white and the rest of my player is pink/tanned.
I can't seem to find any options to change my overall body/skin colour, is this going to come in an update/patch?
I've read a previous entry about facial hair, but my stubble/beard has transferred fine.
