i cant get this part to work

I'm assuming the xx-left-right bumper-xx combination doesn't work due to the new update (it doesn't work for me). I'll also assume we're not meant to clear the system cache right?

Woe... Didn't work for me. I'm in Sydney and still can't ever get on... I'm quite sick of trying to find a work-around for this and am pretty much giving up.
