Ok somebody please. I've saved my gameface over 10 times now. I saved it for fifa 10. My EA account is linked to my gamertag. and STILL I can't download my gameface on my 360. It tells me I don't have one en need to make one. Somebody help, it is really getting on my nerves....

Hey guys,

To check to see if you have multiple personas, go to www.easports.com > type your gamertag/PSN name in the search section at the top right of the site > Hit Enter > Once the new screen loads, Click on the personas link > If more than once profile pulls up with your username, then you have multiple personas.

If this is the case, log in to your EA SPORTS World profile, and go to the My Bio section > Click on the Edit option > Go to personas > Change persona > Select the persona associated with your console

Then create and upload your Game Face.

This could be tied to the issues that we are currently experiencing. So you've already been able to creaet your face, but you cannot find it in game?

I have made a face , when I go virtual pro in fifa 10 and go to 'download my gameface' and then it says; there is no gameface to download, go to eafootballworld.com to make a game face.

I've got exactly the same problem here,

Keeps saying I haven't created a Game Face and i should go to EA website and make one - but I've done it already.

I've searched on EA website and I've only got one persona.

I've got an xbox 360 but only have a Silver Xbox Live account and wondered if this was the problem or not - anyone got GOLD and this problem??

I have a probelm when i click generate my game face. it crashes when it is downloading web application, the bar doesn't fill up. As i wait for something to happen i get an error saying. Windows Presentation Foundation Host has stopped working.. What seems to be the problem, is it my Computer or the Game Face program?

Server (STILL) Not Responding ?! Come on EA theres a trophy riding on this !, and is very annoying.

Do we have a potential ETA on the server not responding issue??? I.e. should I expect it to be fixed in the next hour, day, weekend... week?????

Could do with knowing how long I may need to wait!

I have the exact same problem. It managed to save once so i can see my player on the PS3 but it won't load any hair styles so at the moment i'm stuck with being bald lol.
