I get this too.. but just a few times.. sometimes i upload a pic and it wanna generate my gameface but it just loads.....

Server not responding.

cant download game face package because the server is not responding! Tried through mozilla and internet explorer.

what causes this and how would I fix it?

Guys, how can i delete mine? i want to delete it from the game cause it appears like a small icon when playing online, i want to get back to the "black" one, i mean, with no face.

I paid 65 € for this game and i don't believe that this is not possible.

hey my prob is only that it wont let me save my face,even though it was still there on my page today.when downloading it onto fifa it either says no face to download or there have been no changes to my download.

For those of you that have been trying to create your Game Face, you will continue to receive the same errors until we bring the tool back up. Once it is up and running again, we will update everyone.

Now the Game Face is not taking my pic this is so frustrating!! Does any1 have the same prob?

It's because we ahve taken the Game Face tool down while the team is working on it. Please see my note above.
