Suprising to see EA on the back foot like this, especially during a major release such as Fifa10.

To all – Many awaited this update, and unfortunately the news is not good. As you will have noticed, the website continues to experience overwhelming traffic, which has caused a database connectivity issue. Game Face Beta servers will continue to be down during the outage. I will let you know as soon as we have made progress.

One questions:
but because not insert the game face tool inside the game FIFA 10 how to for esemple TIGER WOOD games...

while your fixing the gameface could you also make us look like we do in game as we look on the website please cuz the transaction from web to game has flaws with skin colour.e.t.c

yeah mine skin is alot darker in game
and only slightly looks like me but hey ho
thats what everyone will be going on about when its fixed lol

yeah i posted earlier that the problems only begin when gameface is completed .... why dont they borrow konami's editor tool at least we can put our faces in with no hassle then and mess around with skin colour rather than me looking like ive got sun block on

Hey guys, I just want to re-iterate to those of you who may not have seen my earlier notes that you can go ahead and create and use your virtual player now, and add your Game Face to it at any point once we have the tool back up and running.

We realize that many of you cannot wait to get yourself in the game, and that is the goal of our team. This is also the reason why everyone has been working 24/7 to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible. As soon as we have more information to share, we'll let everyone know.

if you are one of the Lucky people who has done your game face and uploaded it and used it and is not very happy with it can you when the servers are fixed do another one and put that on your existing face?
