Thanks for the posts so far guys. Please continue to provide the team with as many images as possible. We'll look into this and provide you with an update ASAP!

Here are some helpful tips for those of you who are not happy with your current Game Face:

• Camera should be at least 3 feet away from the face.
• Face should be centered in the photo.
• Hair should be tied back and not obstruct any part of the face.
• Hats, glasses and any other accessories should be removed.
• Ensure head is perfectly straight, eyes are open and mouth is closed and neutral.
• Don't take photos outdoors. Daylight tends to overexpose the images.
• Face must be evenly lit (no dark shadows or bright highlights).
• Using a flash can help achieve good lighting (use a diffuser if flash seems too bright).
• Adding a side photo yields more accurate results.

Not just me having the skin tone problem then...surely it would be easier to somehow let us change the skin colour of the VP in FIFA itself?? I dont really understand why you cant do that

Its pathetic. The 2 look nothing alike on my Gameface and in game on FIFA. Its not even anything to do with the photos people have taken. The systems just dont work together. Total FAIL.

Id sooner withdraw the feature completely, admit it doesnt work, and give everyone some player bonusses to use on their virtual pro characters than waste hundreds of hours development time on something that clearly hasnt been implemented or tested properly except in perfect test environment conditions.

I also used 12mp unedited 4mb jpg images taken on an EOS 450D camera inside with flash. One perfect high res taken from the front, and another taken from the side.

Id just like to add the game is sold with this as a feature. Nowhere on the box did it say i would be a beta tester for a crap package that doesnt work on the game.

Gameface. Perfect. Doesnt look like, but there are no high and low lights like in my photo.

Could you also provide your Gamertag/PSN ID, what console you were playing on as well as what time you tried to create your Game Face? If you happen to be on XBOX 360 could you also provide if you're either a GOLD or SILVER account user? This will help out the development team. Thanks.

i cant get a web game face as it keeps telling me to re arrange the markers.. iv the markers set perfect... my pro is jus a random created face that i did instead.. my psn id is FLEMMERS!!

LMfao guys, some of these are hilarious. hahaha.
I do feel for you guys though, I can't even make mine lmao.

The eyes are the big let down in my opinion. Every one that I've seen in game has been decent except for the eyes. They all look like they are squinting. A way to improve (but not much) is to make your eyes bigger than you would normally on the Game Face creator. Then they should look more open when you have downloaded it. Still doesn't look that much better but helps!

So let me get this straight. I cant remove this gameface from my VP at all and every time I try to edit my game face I get an Operation Error message at the Game Face generation screen...

Same problem as the guy pictured.
