Also, on a similar topic, why only 20 saved videos too? If I want to fill up my drive with CABs and KO videos, that should be my problem to worry about - not EA's. So why the limits?

One solution for a variation of expanding the DLC is to have boomarks and uploaded boxers in EA sports world as well as keeping your 'core' created boxers in your roster. That way you can easily temporarily delete boxers that are not favorites from the roster then quickly select new ones from upload and bookmarks.
Don't forget to 'save' your favorites in uploaded boxers so they aren't permanently deleted. Using a combination of the roster in the game and bookmarks and uploaded fighters in EA sports world helps 'virtually' expand the DLC slots.

Microsoft has a limit on how much memory a program can use. Not sure if this includes user created stuff. It is probably the reason for the current limitation.
