Hey guys.

We're aware of this issue, and it is being looked into. In the meantime, if you all could continue to report the issue here and file a Support ticket and PM the ticket number to me, it'll help us track down and monitor what's going on.

Welp, there go my 30 wins. Bye bye, 30 wins!

The best part was hoping against hope that if I played some more matches, maybe they'd reappear. I got to 2-2, and that record vanished too.

At least it wasn't 49, am I right folks? Anyway, that's it for this game until there's a fix.

Won my first ranked multiplayer match and was awarded the Victor trophy. Hooray! A few minutes later "career stats are not available for this player." Boooo! Although I consider myself lucky that only 1 win disappeared, I am not inclined to play further ranked matches until I know that my stats will be recorded properly.

Haha, "gameplay related"; stat erasure seems like a bit of a drastic punishment for losing a match but maybe I'm wrong. He then said if I still felt it was a glitch to submit details of what happened for investigation, which I did. Also PM'ed the ticket # to Big Guy.

I've been going back and forth with an EA rep and no luck what so ever since I posted last time. I love Brutal Legend but I don't know if I would buy another EA game unless it's Brutal Legend 2 then I'm going to cry and hope that it works right.

Just reporting the same problem as others have mentioned. It's bad enough with the crappy connection problems...with this stats reset business it's just a totally multiplayer killer. Near impossible to get the trophies too. A disappointment and incomplete gaming experience. I simply CANNOT recommend this game to friends if it has such major issues. Please fix this up soon EA, otherwise it's such a waste of your efforts as well as our time. Thank you.

I got this twice already, really disappointing as this is making multiplayer too frustrating to play.

As stated above, we're aware of the issue and we're looking into it. So we can keep everything in one spot and I can help folks more effectively, I'm going to ask that people post in this thread so we can get a single, accurate account of how many people're being affected.

I am trying to search for players & it finds one, then they disappear, then I get an error message that says "you have failed to register with the arbitrator". What is THAT?!

Thanks for the response.

In your other post you told us to file a Support ticket (and PM the ticket number to you). Where and how do I file that? Can someone point that out? Thanks.

And yeah I experience this stats reset issue constantly. The most I've accumulated is like 2 wins 1 lost. I've played around 20 games already. Basically my rank would also disappear, and in trying to access my stats I get the error message: "Career stats not available for this player"... as though I'm new to multiplayer.

That's basically what happens to quite a few people. Thanks for reading.

Hey Eskir.

What you need to do is hit http://support.ea.com and click on the EMail Us link. Once the ticket's filed, you should get a ticket number; go ahead and send that to me.
