i know the glitchers deserve this. but i have played couple of people who use the exact same tactic against me just because they're losing. Like i was up 2-0 at the end of the second, very enjoyable game both of us playing realistically. Then starting the third he started to get the puck and started to circle his own net... I don't quite get it, why someone would do that with a period to go only down 2-0 on completely non-cheese goals.

after played ea nhl for years now i have a general question. How in the world it is possible to ban the cheaters out of this game?
i noticed there are two kind of type cheaters. the first one....they cheat but they play the game....and some of them are still too bad to win a game evan they cheated.
the second kind the lot worse are cheaters who quit the game while there are loosing, but in the end they get the win counted anyway.
does ea care about this issue?
if so....what do they plan to change?
it pulls the whole funfactor, and online standings to ridiculousness if it will stay like that.

It is not considerded cheating. Why do you people insist on calling glitch goals cheating? Skating around your net is not cheating. It is lame but you cannot BAN someone for it. They are not manipulating their system like say in Halo2 where they would mod and win 50-0.....It's lame but not cheating.

As far as the guy taking all of the penalties...That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Why waste your time? Either try and get the puck or just let him skate around so you can get the game over with and play a better oppenent.

I have to agree with you. I would never do that but, its not cheating just really lame as you said.

If i can get a lead on a glitcher I will actually play keep away. It's actually pretty funny to watch them get soooo frustrated.

I have all the time in the world... I hate to admit it.

So, everytime I get the puck I shoot the puck over the glass from my end because the clock goes in real time during penalties. Then I start a scrum to make it take longer, then I don't press A during the cut scenes. I also go offside every chance I get.

Its currently 6-0 because he is really good at cheese wrap arounds.

He sent me an in game message that said "why so ez." He doesnt get the picture apparently. Im gonna make this game take all night, or until my girlfriend gets home from work.

Oh my.... I did the same sheet to one dude who was a major glitcher LOL!!!!

He was up 4-0 by glitch goals. So I saidscrew it I am gonna make this game miserable for him. I literally took like 20 penalties with intentional penalties, scrums, fights, intentional offsides, no pushing X in cut scenes, throwing puck over glass every shot I had. The game literally took 45 minutes before he left!! He messaged me on PS3 "What the F"...."What is wrong with you"...."hurry up ****". I responded back "I'm gonna make this the most miserable game of your life you worthless glitcher".


He messaged "you ****....I hopeee you die....its not fair you are sore loserrrr"

He got so pissed he quit!!!!
