Wii is not for serious gamers and this type of game does not appeal to them. How many people have bought a Wii just to get tired of it and only break it out when they have parties and such. I know quite a few people that do this. Xbox 360 beat out the Wii in software sales for 2009 and I doubt that will change in 2010.

If you want to play MOH or any serious game go out and get a 360 or a PS3.

Or you could not fail and build a PC that does games and more, like, you know, everything.

I wonder what are your sources of information. The Wii is the console that sells more software in the industry. I think the problem is limited investments made by developers in shhoters wii. I'm from Spain, and did not see any ads on its day of television dedicated to the wii from EA with Medal, and not even with the Call of duty, except for 5, world at war in which only saw two. In exchange for Xbox and PSP3 was a bore to see so many advertisements. Not enough to get a game if they want to sell, they must invest in developing and marketing

So far, we have found outdated titles, Call of Duty 4 came out in 2007 on the Wii in 2009, with the same cheetos, lag and gliches, a simple copy and paste ...

The PS3 and the XBOX has a lousy system of control on the Wii instead we have total freedom of movement, more realistic controls (point, zapper, sensibildiad, ...). It's really boring to play with a mouse, maybe not so much realism in the graphics, but gameplay, the end of the day are games of marksmanship.

I agree 100% will Caelkid. As of the first of 2010 there has been almost twice the amount of Wii players that Xbox 360. Wii gamers dominated the United States and I an millions of other people think that EA should seel this on Wii because you would be making TWICE the amount of money as if you sold this to 360 gamers.

Thanks Gameplaya

If EA wants to differentiate itself from competitors like Activision, I think we should adopt a totally different strategy and go for the Wii gaming community, not just developing a Medal for Wii, but supporting it with a marketing and promotional campaign the same as Xbox and PS3.

If EA follows the same steps that others will fail in his attempt to introduce one of the best shooters.

I think if the other shooters have failed for the Wii, has been because we have never made a bet in all areas, marketing, development, playable, connection servers .... The graphics are not everything, and this is what they think the 66 million Wii players.

I'm agree with caelkid & gameplaya.

I have shooters in Wii and PS3 consoles, and i must say althought wii is technicaly worse, it gives me more much fun than ps3 due its fantastic handle and easy&realistic aiming with wiimote.

And MoH: Heroes 2 was/is a big big game. Their gestures mode was amazing. I love to launch granades&reload the shotgun

But where Activision took a hard lesson from EA was in multiplayer connection. I remember MoHH2 a game without any lag, parties larger than 4 or 5 people and all of this could be possible doing wars 16vs16 online!!!

CoD4Reflex&CoD5 are remembered as "the lagger games": Too much lag, depending on the host, too small parties and too small wars (5vs5 maximum) And believe me the host is horrible 90% of time (except if you are from U.S.A.) To the hell with the rest of the world

For all this reasons, shooter Wii players are anxiously waiting a new Medal of Honor for Wii. Please, don't deceive us.
Thank you.

Btw, sniper zoom was awesome in MoH. In CoD is worse........but... .....Uh, i forgot CoD don't have zoom for scopes ^^

Come on EA, we are waiting for you

Sorry, but I doubt there will ever a 32 player online Wii game with dedicated servers (i.e. minimal lag, Wii isn't powerful enough to run a listen server with that many people).

In 2007 I made interview with Patrick Gilmore (MoH Airborne producer) and I asked him:

Medal of Honor Airborne goes only for PS3, Xbox360 and PC. How about Nintendo Wii?

Patrick Gilmore: No, we have just released Medal of Honor Vanguard for the Wii. I think that Wii is such a unique platform, that we wanna do something unique with the controllers with the franchise.

You see now why EA dont make one game for every platform ? Because Wii is different. If you want a good MoH game for Wii u need to wait, sooner or later it will come. (I hope so )

I somewhat agree with you on that but this game is also unique too so this unique game should be able to go on a unique system, wouldn't you agree? I have Medal of Honor:Vanguard but I think EA didn't put much effort into it. I think it was just a "starter" for the Wii Community. I like to see this new game as a game on the Wii not a "tester" like Medal of Honor:Vanguard.

I totally agree with caelkid is unacceptable that the console with the most players do not have the same opportunities as the other consoles on the market, enough of such marginalization, hopefully these messages fall on deaf ears and we take a little more in serio.un greeting.

But indeed MoH: Heroes 2 had a 32 online players at a time and almost without lag. Dedicated servers.
CoDs (Wii) only support 8 or 10 gamers with a horrible lag.

EA makes the difference

I agree with Caelkid too, we want an alternative to CoD games, maybe they look good graphically, but they are a fail online...

MoH:H2 was good even without awesome graphics, and that's the kind of games we want, so please, don't forget Wii gamers

And im a wii360 user, Ill be buying 360 version, the wii version, and the PC version... Do you think that they will no gain money?... With a less powered port now COD4 wii gets profits, theyre selling slowly but theyre getting now into the million...
