Need for Speed Racing Games

same problem for me PS3 level 20. Online Mode, black screen during ten minutes and after reboot the problem.

It seem we can fix the problem when we buy new car with the playstation store without pay it with the cash money. When i see the answer by admin, i know better why people don't want to buy games ...

Do you advise to use automatic save ?

Can you tell us if the game is also in Beta ?

Please fix this error.

I lost all my progress at level 25. cannot start again because of no garage slots. will try work around by buying car from ps3 store that i read on one of the posts. EA needs to offer solution and restoration of game level. to much time invested to start again , especialy if it can happen again

i buy RS4 car 0.99 euros to unlock my backup.

But now, i have only three garage slots !!!!
when i sold a car, i can get one old car.

Where are my 7 other slots ?

hi, i was looking for someone else who reported this same problem, and i too, am surprised at the number of people who have reported this. i am only just beginning the game, having got it tuesday the 19th of january, i am a lvl 12 precision driver, and had the chevy cobalt and the nissan skyline r43 gtr. i was one race away from getting the WORKS for the nissan, and the chevy was about half done with the upgrades. if anyone has a solution to the problem, please please tell me. i also suggest that players email EA so that they for sure get the memo that there is a problem with this game.

I finally got a reply to my support ticket with EA and it was just a standard copy-paste response about the long-winded process to get a refund for it, they didn't even acknowledge the problem that I had told them about with this bug - they really couldn't care less it seems...

i really hope that is not the case for me tdbmoss, i just sent EA an email saying the problem also, and told them i was going to get rid of the game is the problem is not fixed. i hope that they are making a patch for the game that will solve the problem.

no, i do not think that they did it on purpose. i know some dirty tricks are used to get people to spend more, but this is too far in my opinion. it has to be a mistake. if EA gets enough complaints, they should solve the problem, or else it could have a big impact on their image and reputation.

there is something i would like to add to what i said earlier regarding my problem; it happened with a time attack. the countdown time did not even count down, it just stayed at 00:00, and would not budge. i believe this is where my problem started. i also received an email back from EA, stating that i should keep posting here if i have troubles or problems, because these forums are constantly monitored and maintained by EA community leaders and production team, so they do know about the problem, they have too. so now the question is, how long do we have to wait for a fix?

I Find this very curious, that they ask you to post here as the forums are monitored by EA people, yet we have had such a limited response to all the threads about this issue.

come on EA, at least confirm you are investigating the issue and not just ignoring it.

Asking us to delete the save will allow us to play but it WILL NOT PREVENT THE ISSUE HAPPENING AGAIN X WEEKS/MONTHS down the road.

They don't even acknowledge the problem if you contact their support directly, so they're unlikely to say much here - they clearly know there is a problem but can't or won't produce a fix for it.

yes, i agree adresd. EA should at least acknowledge or confirm that they know about the problem, and inform the players about whether or not a fix is being made. they could even go as far to say an estimated release date for the problem, but i would settle for just hearing that they are indeed working on it.

also, i experienced a couple of more problems with this game. while a race was just beginning, and it does the camera moves around the car while your assistant tells you about the race, the screen goes black for only a second normally before going to the last used race camera, except for this time. the screen goes black, and i can rev the engine like normal, but the screen stays black and nothing more happens until you quit the game, restart it, and then enter the race again. it has happened to me twice now, and both times all it took was a game restart and then everything was fine.

another problem i had was along the same lines, only this time it has to do with the HUD. the game was ready to start the race, only the camera angle was off, and the words "get ready" never left the screen. it was strange, but to fix the problem i just restarted the race, and then everything was fine.

the last problem i had was again with the HUD, but on this occasion the HUD switched modes on me without my going in and changing it. the mode switched from full display to lite display, and i had to go in and switch it back to fix the problem. has anyone else had these problems?
