Thank you for your reply, Brad. I will attempt to follow your steps later today.
If you can find out how to remove my son's workouts from my online account, that would be great! Even if you can tell me how to do it myself, that works just as well.

RE: jennyjoz24
To change your EA email address that is already assigned to a user profile within the game, you'll need to create a new user from the Sony XMB menu, log into the Sony Network, and boot up the game and add the correct email address you want when prompted.
Note, if you don't want to make a new user, you could instead call Customer Support and ask them to change the email address that is linked to your Sony Network ID that you want to change (you'll need to provide this info to them).
I don't believe your son's stats can be "removed" from your account. We won't have a way of tracking which stats your son has, as the system thought that it was you.

Hi Brad. Two questions.
1. As I understand it, I cannot "edit" an email address but instead I need to either create a new user (which I don't want to do) or call customer support. Do I call customer support for Playstation or for EA Sports?
2. If my son's stats cannot be removed from my EA account, is there a way to clear ALL workout data? I would rather start over than to have extra data.
I really appreciate your assistance!

i tried to reply to a different topic but don't think it worked, so i'll post here instead:
I need some further explanation.
I set up an account with my main PS3 user account.
I then logged into my wife's PS3 account, and we got her set up on EA Active 2 as well.
I then logged back into my account, and we still can't for the life of us figure out how to 'see' her user. If we go to Help&Settings / Settings / Profile Settings / Profile Management all we see is MY username... hers isn't there.
Do we seriously have to quit the program just to switch users? I understand people would want to switch accounts if they care about trophies, but my wife doesn't care about trophies, she just wants to be able to quickly switch to her account.
Also, how do we do multiplayer if her account doesn't show up anywhere? There is talk in the faq of determining your default user, but i can't find that anywhere. And what exactly is the point of this 'Set your lead profile' page if there can only ever be one profile since it's based on the account you're logged in as?
Please, some more info is needed here. c

RE: affacat
On the PS3, you'll need to set up your default user outside of EASA 2. You'll need to do it inside Sony's XMB menu (scroll to the far left). There's an option called Users, and from there you can select which user you want to be as default. If you track stats online, you'll also need a separate playstation account and separate EA email/password for this user as well.
For playing multiplayer, player 2 has the ability to select the second user within EASA 2, once player 2 is picked using controller 2.

If so, please help me.
Thank you.
