This is irritating! I was rank 16 and now I can't play with my mates.

It was right after I uploaded the 2 new cars. It was update V 1.1. It took me to a Shift 2 demo and then started telling me how to do things as if i'd never played before.

Please fix. I was loving this game; first NFS I've rally been into.

Loaded NFS:HP and was prompted to download update 1.1 at 280MB. This started the NFS Shift advert and the tutorial video about Autolog.

Was about 20+ hours in, with Level 14 as a Cop and Racer all gained in offline career. Time postings, wall, photos and Achievements all back this up.

I really hope you've got some form of backup/restore available...starting from scratch would be soul destroying for me.

Very frustrating...
For those of us who had the limited edition and used our code to unlock the new cars and early release cars... do we still have that downloaded, or is this gone too? Havent tried to play the game again enough to find out :/ I really dont want to lose that.

I started playing my game today, tells me to install some update, which clicked ok, but then it starts my entire saved game over, not just online stats. I really hope it didn't overwrite my autosave, because I have no intention of replaying the game to get back to where I was. about 80% of the game complete. Now it just gets stuck everytime I am signing into autolog. If I can't get my save game back I am just going to trade this game in. This is ridiculous

Yeah, I'm done playing this game. I have it listed on ebay now. my save file was completely erased and now I have to start over. I doubt they are gonna "fix" this because everything is saved on the Xbox 360 not online. Its completely unacceptable tthat they made this game autosave only. thats why this happened because it automatically saved over my game. stupid
