Need for Speed Racing Games

Yes heres a new idea i forgot to mention, there should be an itunes-like system that is linked to an EA store, for $0.99 or less, you could download cars that otherwhise wouldnt be in the game, EA could continually update the game with patches and free downloadable software for those who own the game. For those who do not have a credit card, you can get store bought cards that are worth 15 cars on the car-buyer internet link.

New Race Meet Events: in freeroam, players will be able to go to large parking lots and parking structure roofs, a starting minimal of 10 drivers must come to the spot, the driver starting the event will highlight the 9 others and select start race meet. A small tent will appear on the far side of the lot, this will be race sign up, the leader of the event will chose the events for the custom freeroam race day, these events will occur on the map like in previous nfs games. Racers can come to the event and sign up for the raceday, for those who signed up, the raceday will show up on the map as an icon, if they are late there will be a 5 minute waitng period, if the miss it they will be disqualified. FOr those who are driving around, the race areas will be blocked off by parked street car lines and cheering crowds. In the Race meets there will be a cop probability, there will be none, low, unknown, and high, only this time high doesnt mean yes there will be cops like in nfs mw, there will just be a chance that there will be.

If the cops do come there will be a short quick view over to the parking lot/stucture enterence showing the cops sneaking in, then a time limit will start that will allow you to run back to your car and escape, when the time runs out the cops will be at the event beginning to arrest racers not yet in their cars. The raceday will thus be terminated and never occur. The person who created the event can not select the event's cop probability, it is random.

A new cop Ai will make it so cops will recognize you more in a tricked out car than a stock looking car ( no custom body kits ), the cops also will be able to notice you, not just detect u in their general area like in mw and crbn. this will make hiding much easier, but the cops will now have night lights, at night they will shine lights in alleys and car washes etc to see if you are hiding in there, this will definatly increase the game's fear factor.

Well, I think EA officials read most everything here and all over the internet regarding Need for Speed, it just doesn't mean they're necessarily act upon it.

I doubt they read it most of the time maybe 1 or 2 of the developing team but if they do read, they dont post 2 show it

Well, if they don't tell us, then we really have no way of knowing if they're reading what we wrote or not. I just figure game companies have someone keep track of what the fans are saying.

New car downloader:
to buy cars you go to a car lot and buy them by parking in a spot and exiting your car ( you can only exit when parked in spots) then walk around the lot and look for the car you desire, when you find it go to the main buiding and find one of the officials, when you talk to him a screen will open up it will read BUY A CAR FROM THIS LOT, BUY A CAR OFF OF INTERNET DEALERS ( car downloader ), and QUIT. to buy a car on the lot select BUY A CAR FROM THIS LOT and he/she will auto-follow you until you go to the driver-side circle of the car you wish to buy and they will ask if this is the car you want, select yes to buy it. To buy cars off of the internet, you select BUY A CAR OFF OF INTERNET DEALERS and a window will open, a key will be located on the page somewhere displaying how much money have in your Car Buyer account from either your credit car # or submitted Free Car cards. Find the car you want on the list ( EA will can update the list with as many cars as they can find ) a 360' view of the car will appear so you can see it, then select buy, your account will be charged with the price ( most likely $0.99 like in itunes ) and one copy of the car will be sent to your garage and the car data will be sent to the dealer for future buying encase u sell and rebuy it to it is impounded by police and you want a new one. A fail safe program will be in place so you do not accidentally buy the same car off of the site twice unless its ingame data is corrupt or deleted buy a virus or something. you may be able to get it for free then, thats up to EA, this is just an idea.

Once you have purchased you car you may walk back to your car and leave or browse for more cars, the game will not auto exit like in previous gamee, though the dealer guy will so you may be free to browse, then find another guy to buy a car if you wish.

Live Radio Feeds:
Those of you who own itunes know this already, but for those who dont, on itunes you can access live radio, this would be a nifty feature in nfs, EA wouldnt have to go through buying rights to put songs in the games, they just add a built in radio and you can even listen about pile ups on the 101 freeway! all stations would be accessable. This would make the game much more realistic, it will be able to be muted if it gets anoying.

Create-a-driver:
a new feature would be to be able to create your own driver, the game will use its autosculpt feature to customize the facial features as well as his/hers weight, mucsles, height, etc, you will be able to custumize them like in EA's The Sims 2.

Design a logo: you will be able to create a logo to go on the helmet of your character ( helmet will be able to be removed)

Indestructable: you will not be able to be killed if you are hit by a cop car in a race meet bust you will just be classified as busted and taken into custody, you will not be able to leave the areas you are parked in, there will be an invisible wall restricting out-of-car drivers from walking off of the premasis o car dealers, race meets/days, etc.

Living Quarters:
You will be able to live in a number of places in all of the cities, you will be able to keep 1 car at a hotel while you stay there, all other cars will be kept in storage garages that will be on the outscurts of the city. ( no rent fees)

Real Life car prices: the game will now feature real life car prices for in game money, Example: a corvette will now cost $40,000 C6 to $60,000 ZO6 instead off $175,000.

For old cars the prices will be updated to how much that they would cost now a days ( a shelby GT500 on an auction goes for from $150,000-$200,000 )

Interior design: car interiors can now be color changed or switched out with custom interiors that can be autosculpted.

Paint it all: windows can be painted with not just aftermarked logos but with vynles as well. ( including that black strip around most windows )

Vynle roof: vynle roof if now an option on muscle cars.

I like the idea of real life prices. I hate how so many games either have you pay in credits or pay a outrageous amount of money for, say, a Volkswagen Jetta.

All of the "player features" such as the starting of race meets and other events will be substituted for AI in the PS2 and other lower console versions, this way no one is lacking of any features.
