It sounds like you may have tried at the exact time we must have upgraded the servers, during which there would be downtime.

I uploaded a gameface, and it won't let me save. I already have the xbox gamertag persona selected, my browsing history has been cleared, and I cleared my flash cache. I have no clue what to do and it is annoying. All my software is up to date as far as I know.

everytime i go on to make a new game face the normal one has a green eye one a normal colour i have tryed uploading and adding my own photo but this problem still occurs i have deleted and re-downloaded the new content but this still seems to happen i am kinda stuck on what to do as i have all the new stuff on my computer so i cant see whats up.
Please help?

This might be due to a problem specific to ea.com website. Try from easports.com in the meantime, does that help?
