Still does not work. BTW, I am attempting to make a purchase from my CC billing address. I called Mastercard and they thought EA.com was a 'gambling' website.

Please fix this issue. All I want is a monthly membership.

Yes, we're half way across the world from the billing address (well, 11 1/2 time zones). However, the bank was informed that there would be charges in this part of the world and nothing else we've used the card for has had issues including much larger purchases.

We can't try a local card due to the expiration date issue that is still unresolved (and it's unclear how to mash a six line address into two lines).

I am attempting to make a purchase from my CC billing address. Hint: I don't live in "UNINCORPORATED", VA (see my previous post).

My account still says check out in progress. No points added, nothing. Also it says the next billing cycle will be in 12 months, hence I am thinking you got the details, but I didn't get all the benefits yet.

One known issue is if you are trying to make the transaction from a connection that is a far distance away from your credit card's billing address. This is a security measure to prevent fraudulent activity, if for example your card information was stolen and someone was attempting to make a charge from another state or country

That's crazy. I live in the UK but have a holiday home in Cyprus where I spend almost half the year. How can you stop me from using my credit card from Cyprus. No other organisation or business does. That kind of security is the concern of the card company not you.

I bank online, so my bank's address is in the state away....from mine.

I am making the transaction from my home, the same as my CC billing address. No luck.

Whats up with paypal, i could add my paypal account but no chance for paying with it, i guess 65% will pay per paypal or paysafe card. Pls fix this prob also, asap.

i made my payment on a friends credit card i live in Wales in the UK took 3 days to work it out but did eventually accept payment after entering my details a couple of times , sorry to hear so many people still having the same probs i had at first, Hope you all get want you and soon good luck all keep on trying An thanxs Greg for replying to this thread to a BIG WTG

For some reason... everytime I try to start a new round... the pop up screen comes up and the game is locking up during the "Connecting to Game Servers" phase. I played all day yesterday with no problems... but this morning, something's different. Any suggestions???
