how bout..
ask for a new city..[/quote]
we have asked for a new city....
look what crap BB gave us.
What they should do is design a city. Not make spots on purpose(maybe some) but design an actual city. Us skateboarders/ea.skateboarders can find the spots on our own.
Exactly how they did it in OG.
edit - why isn't the quote thing working right?

Spots on Port Carv. are terrible? I started it up yesterday after a few days and I'm having a lot of fun in someee..outdoor mall-ish area To each their own, of course. I was actually thinking of the day/night cycle in the skate series, would be awesome to have those generator lights added to the Object dropper

The midnight club franchise started in 2001, it only had dawn, dusk, and midnight
2003, Midnight club 2 was the same
2005, Midnight club 3 DUB edition was the same
2006, Midnight ckub 3 DUB edition REMIX was the same
late 2008, Midnight Club LA has a day-night cycle
The midnight club franchise is 9 year old, and it only started to have day-night cycle after almost 8 years
But those games made before 2008 were probably due to hardware limitations. Burnout Paradise added a day - night cycle as free DLC 6 months after launch. Could never see that with the Skate franchise.

Limitations? Grand Theft Auto 3 had that down since 2001.
I'd much rather have a whole new city than night mode, although I would love to have nighttime with lights and such.

good god i don't get why people always say there won't be a sequel, the same people said there wouldn't be skate 2, and there wouldn't be skate 3. EZ/BB are money hungry so they're gonna keep focusing on quantity rather than quality so skate 4 will likely happen. and it likely will be even more arcade focused and even less legit.

What I find weird is that the game has spots where you can see lights at random locations..

Man, it's all in EA's management. If you'd know what I know about what happened to Command & Conquer, you'd think the same way.
