agreed, if youre saying this because of the news on Cushing? Steroids aside though, it was easily Cushing for DROY. Matthews was definitely a top 5 defensive rookie last year though, I'd most likey say #3 behind these 2 guys mentioned.

Sucks to hear when a player on any level whether its pro or even high school is caught taken any type of drug enhancment, these 4 games can maybe put him in check and lets see what he does once hes not on the roids

Oh well, he has no one to blame but himself.

Cushing tested positive before the NFL season, he got tested again in October or September and was found negative. if you look at his stats, he got better after testing clean.

plus we don't know what exactly what he took so I'm against taking away the award from him.

I mean Peppers won the DROY in 2002 and that season was suspended for 4 games for using a banned substance, should they take away his award also???
