I can understand how some people would want this, me being one for competition in business and all.

However, this just reminds me of the day and age we live in ala the internet age, where "anyone" can post "anything" and it gets treated as real.

i hope someone on here has a talk with the 2k people to verify this and post it on here because it seems the dev team we got now dont cut it i have been a fight night fan for years but it seems as the franchise goes on the worse it gets its time for a new contender to step up to the paper $ champ

This is the best news I heard in a long time kind of like 2 years.

The only downside being will be that this 2K wouldn't include Ali and Tyson and both franchises will be trying outbid one another on fighter licenses.

Does 2ksports have a twitter? Some one tweet them the link and ask if its any truth in the rumor.

After EA ruining the franchise with Champion - I sincerely hope this is true. Unfortunately, many of the sceptics on this thread regarding the authenticity of this claim may well be correct in assuming it's wrong. The good news is though, no-one will know for sure so there's just as much chance it's correct!

funny because a few months back i made a thread about 2k making a boxing game. my idea was basicly :

2K SPORTS FLOYD MAYWEATHER BOXING PRESENTED BY HBO

he gets what he wants and we get what we want. i dont think this story has much validity but itd be nice if it turned out to be true. i like fnc but there is nothing wrong with a little competition.

yeah except for the fact that 2k isnt going to put out a boxing game that good. look at their baseball game, its terrible.

Lol how come whenever someone says something about 2Ksports making a Boxing game, there's always someone saying, "oh look at their baseball game". Their baseball game is actually pretty good. It's not a bad game anymore, and what makes you think that they can't make another gem of a game like NFL 2K5 and NBA 2K11 are???? Lol you wanna count out 2Ksports/Visual Concepts because of a baseball game?! Lol whatever...2K can easily turn FNC into the next NBA Delete 11...

YES ! im positive that its true because every fight night fan has been ranting about 2k making a boxing game with visual arts so they mustve been told this and they were like hey we could make this happen !
