Okay, no one here can produce this. Can you guys please help by letting us know what browser (and what version) you're using. Also, gamertags would help.

I've got the "Error - can't get in game graphics"
I'm on Xbox360, Gamertag is "GodOfCrimson" and my Browser is Opera. But i also tried it on IE....

edit: Opera 10.53 and newest IE, whatever that is

My problem is that I can't click "Send to game".
I tried that on Firefox and Safari.
My PSN ID is demimethod.

@demimethod Where are you trying to click that "send to game" link? From the gallery when you're viewing someone else's graphic? From the gallery when you are looking at your own graphic? Or from the actual application (pop up)? What happens when you try to click that link?

Sorry for all the questions, trying to figure out a way to reproduce this.

I open my own graphics in the Graphic Creator, click on save -> Publish -> Choose a slot and try to click on "Send to game". I keep clicking on it, but nothing happens at all.

I'm also trying with my own graphic. I publish them and then in my own gallery i try to send them. Directly from the Editor it also doesn't work. Funny thing is that it worked on the day i bought the game. But i changed my Gamertag last week and my graphics still show it as the creator. But im logged in Ea with Godofcrimson.... My old gamertag was AkashaJethwa which is also shown as creator of the graphics. My Videos are shown by GodOfCrimson. I didn't make a new Gamertag i just changed the name via xboxlive!

Maybe a stupid suggestion but want to make sure that I am covering all bases...can you confirm that you are:
1. selecting a slot (click on one)
2. Giving it a name AND description
3. Checking on the "Agree to terms & conditions" box

You should see the link to Send to Game light up after that....

Yes, I did all of that. 5-6 times, I guess.
Nothing helps, the "Send to game" Tab is just un-clickable. It does light up, but when you click on it, nothing happens.

Oh, I just managed to reproduce this. The problem for me was that I wasn't logged in using an Xbox or PS3 persona. We'll keep looking into this but thought I'd throw that out there too.

It definitely has something to do with Personas.
When I click on "Profiles", I don't see my own profile, it tells me to either use a Persone which is linked to my PS3 or to sign up.
But I already am logged in with my PS3 Persona, I even tried all of my Personas.
So yeah, I guess it's some kind of bug.
