Weight setting was at 100kg, not sure if that impacts the Calories figure when generating a workout.
Awesome job ! This will be used in constructing my own workouts. Whatever gratification you get from doing this, it's not enough. It's helped and will help alot of people. Cheers !!

I don't have a list of that, but you can find out which ones you haven't done. The game tracks them. I forget exactly the steps to get to it, but search around in the Journal. You can find the list in there somewhere, it tells you how many times you've done each one. I didn't realize there's a PSN trophy for doing all of them - now I'm gonna go find my list and write down the ones I haven't tried yet.
