There's no contact us. Live chat has been taken away, no email address to support no nothing. Just a search box for troubleshooting which does not help with the problem.
My cd-key is invalid. I just bought 2142 deluxe and can't play it. Please, EA admins, help me to fix invalid cd-key problem.

try this it worked for me!!
In order to manually uninstall your game, please visit the link mentioned below:
http://help.ea.com/article/Manual-Uninstallation-Instructions-for-Battlefield-2142

Once you are done with this, please install your game in below mentioned sequence.

1. Install the base 2142 game, either off the CDs, or from the download center.
2. Install 1.40 : http://largedownloads.ea.com/pub/patches/BF2142/1.40/BF2142_Update_1.40.exe
3. Install 1.50 patch: http://largedownloads.ea.com/pub/patches/BF2142/1.50/BF2142_Update_1.50.exe

I am pissed with ea!!!!!!!!!!! I have spent alot of $ buying thier bf products and expansion packs over the yrs. i must admit they have really really gone downhill. the product support flat * sucks. there is no support of any form. I get the feeling the attitude is just run the customers with issues in a large automated circle. what the hell do they care they already got our cash. well i am so dissappointed that i am going to boycot EA completely and also spread the word to everyone i can to do the same. same as above my key just was no good one day. BS. tired of run around and getting screwed. i hope EA goes under. time they get screwed. Is this constructive enough for you guys?
