I had to do exactly what Bobby mentioned in his post. Turns out my gamestop had not forwarded my email address. Long story short I will now get my code within 48hrs.

happened to me too LAME! i wish they would hire people at gamestop that knew what they were doing

Same here i had to call now in the 48 hr boat which is BS i pre-ordered mine 3 weeks ago. Made sure those assclowns had my e-mail twice even and still i wasn't put in the data base till today Morons this is why it's shouldn't be left up to the store they should have done it like MGS4 did pre-order and get your code right then and there.

I just called Gamestop's customer service and got it confirmed that they will send it out in the next 24 - 48 hours.

All you need is a pre-order reciept, then just call 1-800-883-8895 and give them your E-mail.

It seems like just giving your E-mail to a store clerk is not enough, since they need to forward it to HQ, and many of them don't. Just call them to make sure you're in the system.
