Only contacted them once. I complained about how it was easy to accidentally take your decorations off houses at christmas which caused the clock to reset on coin regeneration. The response they gave was not only stupidly late (the event was nearly over) but it showed absolutely no understanding of what I said as if they didn't even read it properly. They just went on about some issue with the number of santa coins you have being wrong but that had been fixed (totally irrelevant). If it was Zynga (granted their games are horrible, but its a similar genre) they would give genuine help and premium items to say sorry.

You guys have not tried to get software support much, have you? There is almost no stellar support unless the product costs a heck of a lot of money

I'm waiting for a response to an emailed question from long ago. I'm certainly not going to be calling support for this game "good."

That reminds me - tomorrow is time for my third weekly follow-up to that email...maybe they'll answer the question the fourth time? At least acknowledge its existence?


My impression from reading these forums is that this is an old complaint. Maybe good for a vent, but not going to get you anywhere.
