So far it seems ok. I hear there is still a pollution bug? I did not have this issues last night while playing.

We did a 16 person region, with 16 differant people. It was updating within 5 minutes of plopping a City Hall wing. I researched Conentrated Solar Array's, they also updated within 5 minutes.

Traffic was so much better on regional level. It was pretty much clear within 3 hours of rush hours. I was able to delete civic buildings, and the replacement worked.

Overall, I would say other then the *pollution* issues they delivered what I thought it would be.

Lost RCI tax controls/sliders with this patch. Not going to be able to grow any cities. Really hate to have to count myself among the disgruntled masses.
Disappointing.

Tax sliders were working last night for us. Even had a guy in another cluster set down the Finance wing. 5 minutes later was able to do my trusty ole 12 % 11 % 10 %.

Having some new and strange problems.
Only playing post 2.0 regions.

I have buildings burning and never becoming rubble.

I have residential going to zero happiness right on the cusp of density increase (no, not R only city).
... much harder to get R to grow in my cities, so far.

I have firetrucks not putting out fires.

I have workers going to work in buildings that are rubble.

Roads still don't snap right, they look connected, they snap like they're connected, but they are not connected.

Roads/buildings still constructing on top of each other.

Mysterious zoning still occurring when building new roads.

... etc

BUT, they are, at least, trying.
I would rather have something than nothing.

The Residential tax slider is the only one showing in this new region i am (was hoping to start) starting. going to have to capture a pic of the problem. I am also going to revisit some of my old cities and see if this is still the case...

So, you are getting the 1 Slot for all 3 that you get when you have no City Hall? Have to ask mate, are you sure you have a city hall in the region?

All they need to do to fix the wack a mole bulldozing issue is follow the demand meters for determining if new construction will happen.

as for pollution...its a quite simple(DON'T POLLUTE !) ,first educate ..then zone !!

I'm happy so far

My garbage trucks are fixed which is nice.

My recycling plant works that didn't work ever before

However my other cities recycling plants totally broke now. That's my money maker city. They just don't work after the patch. Well they did for a bit then broke.

The garbage trucks started collecting all day and night up to 30,000 collected out of 10,000 or something. Don't know how you collect more than you have to collect. It overloaded my dump.

Some complaints I still want fixed is the radiation. Also my one city is still totally filthy, whole map is brown, I don't know if the radiation is causing that though. Nothing else should be now that garbage is being collected correctly. It's been like that for ages, I figured it was the garbage bug from before causing pollution. It's not new with this patch.

I only played a little. I'll keep an eye on other things.

The worst game killing bug STILL exists I didn't mind all the other countless bugs but the only one that needed to be fixed is still there, the gdamn "AIR POLLUTION LEVELS RISING" and then BAM your whole city is covered in pollution for no reason.

"Auto-Zone" bug where there will be areas zoned that I know I didn't zone (and its always industrial) for example last night I was making a circle city, after completing the circle the entire thing was covered in industry zoned yellow and building started popping up (Immediately after placing the road it came pre-zoned apparently)

I still have to do more gameplay before I can actually judge.

But I did create a city in a public region last night, and the only 'bug' that I came across was good ol' traffic - I had a straight medium density avenue, then a 180 degree curved high density road going on/off - 99% of the traffic took the longer way around using the road. That's not necessarily new though.

So, so far, I haven't had any dramas after 2.0. My garbage trucks worked, my firetrucks did their jobs, my cops did their jobs (my neighbors cops and ambulance helped too) but what I'm really waiting to see is how trading goes when I get to the higher levels. At the moment I'm just mining ore and coal and exporting.

Later I'll need to try a casino city.

(unreleated, but I would like to see some form of cleaner industry - one that can be managed without all the soil turning black - I know here many industrial zones actually have healthy grass outside! Basically all those toxic chemicals, get treated, instead of poured on the flowers)
