they had time to get endorsements from Old Spice on a useless rating but no time to upgrade Offline Franchise....
still trying to figure out what this means because it confused me but the 15 teams.... wow. I know for Madden all teams will have that rating but the 15 teams on that list... Seattle & KC at 12 & 13, um ok them over the Ravens in which even though they don't have all of them they do have that one stat, the taking it on the road requirement as they have won pretty big Road Games the last couple years:
Taking It on The Road: Ravens beat Dallas in 2008 at Texas Stadium, they went into SD(who is # 6) and beat the Chargers at home last season, they beat Miami and Tennessee on the road in the playoffs in 2008, they went into NE and smashed the Patriots last season.... Check!
The Ravens are 20-12 the last 2 seasons with a 3-2 post season record while the Chiefs are 6-26 the last two seasons and are at 13.... I can see Seattle being on the list but KC over the Ravens? Wow, those Old Spice people need to really do their homework because if they did KC wouldn't be on this list.
idk why KC is so high up but the only reason i can see why Seattle should be as high as it is is because of the 12th Man

WRONG ! :
what "swagger" actually does for you, rumor has it that it's a sort of a confidence rating, so if that player is involved in a big play like a touchdown or interception, that player receives an attribute boost for a few plays after that. How long or how much is decided by the amount of swagger he has.

The Swagger rating will determine if and how much the player will celebrate on the way to scoring a touchdown.

http://www.sportsgrid.com/nfl/madden-ratings-czar-on-best-virtual-athlete-ever-breakout-star-of-madden-11/
SportsGrid: Tell us about the Old Spice “Swagger” Rating. Many fans have been confused about its use within the game.
Donny Moore: The “Old Spice Swagger” rating determines the likelihood of a player to celebrate on the way to the endzone, or after a touchdown. For example, a running back like Adrian Peterson (99 rating) has a greater tendency to celebrate than Frank Gore (50 rating). We have seen some fans speculating on its potential widespread usage in gameplay, but that simply isn’t the case. We use it in a very specific and isolated way in Madden 11.

NFL players aren't exactly the most humble athletes in the world. Swagger is a new statistic in Madden NFL 11 that measures how likely a given player is to celebrate on the way to the endzone, or after a score. Chad Ochocinco, for instance, has Swagger to spare -- he'll celebrate if he even sees the endzone. The less swagger-y Jason Witten, on the other hand, will treat a touchdown like any old first down. What a grump.
