So, PC users dont get the option to use Game Face in FiFA 10? I don't see any option to download my game face for use in virtual pro How do PC users use game face in FIFA 10??

I'm stuck too. I emailed EA and they gave me the stupid link to this thread which only has directions for ps3/xbox. I created a game face and cannot find anywhere in game to upload it. Let me know if you figure it out. Thanks.

For guys having problems downloading gameface [xbox 360]and getting a "no gameface to download" message,i had the same problem,this is what i did.

I tried to log in to ea.com,my password failed,so i requested a reset on the password,now this is good,its a step in the right direction,2nd step and most important is your eamil,it MUST match that to the one you use(d) for your xbox live account.

If you have changed your gamertag then that should update when you have your email assigned to ea.com with your xbox live email,like mentioned above.

When this is sorted out[its not that difficult in the end] and your in your ea account,set it up to whichever platform you use,there should be 2 drop down boxes,select xboxlive,and select Fifa10,things should update for you,
with the pic size make sure it is resized to the specifications on the gameface setup,you can use microsoft paint to resize also.I dont know if this method works for PS3 etc.

I made my face and everything but when i go to my ps3 and click download game face it says there is no game face to download plz help Btw my ps3 account e-mail and the ea football world e-mail the same .

I created My face, everything went fine but after 3D generation, when i apply the face to my profile, i cannot see it. The Rendering preview shows an empty box. If i add some hairs i can see it applied on a transparent head.
I still can apply it on my PS3 but it looks like a default face i have in the game.
So i don't know what to do.

I tried on several PCs, with several pictures, different browsers and operating systems.
It always does the same thing.

Please help me with this.

Does your xbox gamer tag have to be the same as the account name ?
and is the account on the xbox the adult email or Child?

I did all of these steps, not knowing it was for FIFA 10. I wanted to make a game face for Fight Night Round 4. When I save my face on Game Face Beta it only gives me the option to save it for use on FIFA 10. How do i get it to let me save my game face for fight night round 4?

Hey. I uploaded my pics and what not and after I chose the skin color, it gave me a model of my face with a button that says "Generate Gameface". But every time I click on it, it keep trying to open another window and keep on opening windows. I'm confused and don't know what's going on. Please help? Thank you!!!

Having same problem as above, what am I doing wrong??

I have downloaded my gameface and it worked alright. But when I made a better looking gameface on the web, it says that there is no gameface to download on my console. Is it because I am using a side picture view in my new one and I didn't in the old one?
