Madden NFL 10 FAQ (Your Questions Answered)

quite sure im late on this but im new....im 10 games deep into a current franchise. how can i put the current roster updates into my current franchise, if possible? help pls

I have two things here. Why does this game always freeze when I try to play my buddies? Never online, never in franchise mode but playing with two controllers on same tv it always freezes 5 minute mark in 1st quarter. Now I've googled this and I have seen COUNTLESS amounts of ppl complaining with the same very issue. When is this ever going to be fixed? Also, I live in Chicago and Daniel Manning NEEDS A BIG BOOST! Come on Ian, you know he's a beast give him some love.

I thought the patch solved these issues??

I would prefer taking an offensive pass interference penalty if you could actually bump the db out of the way when hes in the air. Dont think you can, cause I have been trying.

Also I wanna throw in the please add roster spots for the injured reserve players. I might be the last one to figure out you could use them, but I have all of them in their spots which i use for online play without a hitch.

Kinda takes the fun out of learning who your 2ond, and 3 string players are when a season ending injury does happen.

why is there no franches play or co op play for ps 2 i ask for co op play for ps 2 forb 4 years to be online.
you are an idoit not put this in ps2 madden very disapointed in that how about you fix it or buy me i ps3 . you are a madden 10 really sucks becouse of this . this is not fair and upsetting please fix this issue. it is false advertising too

Hi. Obviously this is not a big deal. And maybe it was addressed before (though I didn't find it through search.) If I'm not mistaken, in the NFL, teams switch sides after the first and third quarters only and not at halftime. So teams face the same direction in the first and fourth quarters. Just wondering why it's not this way in the game. Thanks.

Can we expect Online Presentation to be added. I thought the presentation was a great welcome to madden 10 this year, but with the exception of Goal Line Calls, Catches Inbounds, First Down Chain Gang, and the opening and closing presentations, there is nothings else online! No celebrations after a sack, no qb on the phone, no qb talking to the o lineman, nothing! It feels like an average experience online. I would to see this added to online play to add more emotion against your opponent.

You know what makes on-line coop so fun in other games? Well take Halo 3 for example. I can invite some of my budies over to play a game of Halo and we can have a match of 8 on 8, with 4 of us on one team. Is there any way you can implement this same idea in next years madden? I was so excited when I found out there was gonna be on-line coop, and was so dissappointed to find out that not only was the view jacked up, but I was unable to chose my partner. I wish I could go online with one one of my friends on the same ps3 or xbox and play against others with 1,2,3,4 or more on one team with the standard camera angle and have a legite game going on. I mean think about it. Imagine playing a game where on person is controlling only the QB and one the HB and one a WR and another a WR/TE or whatever? And the same goes for defense. That would be so awesome. You could make the games ranked and have different sections like 2 on 2 matchups or 1 on 2. I mean the possiblilitys are endless. It would open the on-line gameplay to a whole new level. Please write back. I am dieing to know what u guys think.

I have a great idea that would work so well but not sure how about going about copyrighting it or anything.. Take these fantasy football drafts online and could charge for it but draft the whole team and import them into the madden game so that anyone can play as their team and see how the are at running a team. Set up tournaments and everything.. Let me know what you think .. thanks for listening Nick Hall

I would expect you to know about NCAA 10 (duh) but why hasn't Madden 10 get simulation injuries like NCAA football? And by simulation I mean CPU v. CPU gameplay.

And can we expect ESPN presentation and ESPN radio in the next Madden?

It is very hard not to be upset with EA im writing this as calmly as possible after just taking a halarious loss. PLEASE CAN YOU ETHIER EXPLAIN TO ME OR FIX THE BLUE ZONE COVERAGE IN THIS GAME I DONT HAVE THAT MANY ISSUES WITH THIS YEARS MADDEN BUT THIS BLUE ZONE IS KILLING ME AND ALSO WHY IS THE SWITCHING SO DIFFICULT NOW THAT IS SOMTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. ALSO PEOPLE GOING THREW OTHER PEOPLE BODYS AND I HAVE UPLOADED SOME REPLAYS OF THAT HAPPENING ON MY ACCOUNT IF YOU WANT TO LOOK AND VERIFY IT HAPPENS ALL OF THE TIME AND ALSO PEOPLE CATCHING THE BALL WHEN IM SET UP FOR THE INT AND INFRONT OF THEM PLEASE IAN CUMMINGS FIX THIS PROBLEM I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL MADDEN FAN SINCE 03 AND AFTER 05 BESIDES THE GLITCHES IN O5 MADDEN HAS BEEN GETTING WORSE EVERY YEAR. THIS MADDEN HAS ALOT OF POTENTIOL IF YOU COULD FIX THESE PROBLEMS ESPECIALLY THE BLUE ZONE COVERAGE.
