why doesn't anyone from EA ever help with us people who have created a game face and can't get it on the game? why would this problem exsist? i have xbox gold account, my email address is the same on my xbox account and my ea account, and my game face looks good on the website, step it up EA! at least have tech support that someone could call and get help!

i have made my game face on the same account registered with my ps3 and have followed the steps but when i click download game face it comes up saying i havent created one when i have its on my page but it cant find it why wont it work :@

I have made my gameface on the web and it looks good.
I have used the download gameface on the xbox version of fifa and it finds the game face and downloads it ok (so no issues with incorrect accounts/personas)

However I can only see my gameface in the little picture on the bottom right corner of menu screens.
My pro still has the original face he started with (I started the career bofore creating my gameface) and his profile picture (in stats screen, pro performance screens) is blank.

Please help my put my face on my player!

Help me please, They say to me when i tap download game face, the say There is no Game face that you can download. But a created one and saved it.

it took me two months to make my game face! i try downloading it to my ps3 but it either says there have been no changes to my game face oor that there is no game face to go create one! i need help but ea never replies to me

for ps3, i have been having this one problem. I upload my pictures and do all that stuff. then it generates my guy and tells me to close the box that is up now. I close that but the face i just generated does not appear in the new editing box, just the default face. is there a problem with the server or something?

This is exactly what happens to me, and I can rarely ever get it to save to my EA Profile... It's really messed up

Hi, I have visited these forums and posted on them, and have not found a solution there (however, I see that I am not the only person with the same issues) I have also sent emails to the support team but had two responses that havent helped.

I have created my gameface on the website correctly and not had a problem here (see attached GAMEFACE screenshot)

I have downloaded my gameface to my xbox account ok (it went to 100% and you can see the small profile picture on my xbox menus - see attached INGAME screenshot)

However, my issue is that the appearance of my virtual pro has NOT changed since I loaded in the gameface and it remains as it was when I had initially tweaked him in game prior to creating my gameface. In addition, I can no longer make manual adjustments to my virtual pros appearance (exept for hair and eye colour) since these attributes are now locked.

I have tried reloading my gameface into the game (and this only works after I have changed my gameface on the website) and I have done this, but again there has not been any adjustment to my virtual pro. (I completely changed my appearance on the website and there was no change to my virtual pro's appearance - so there is definitely a disconnect between what I can see on the web and what gets applied to my virtual pro)

Please can you assist me in getting to the root of this problem, either by helpoing me getting my gameface loaded onto my virtual pro, or helping me remove my gameface so I can manually adjust my virtual pros appearance ang getting him looking more like me!

Hello, I have finally completed making my game face after about 8 hours of retrying... its now saved to fifa 10 as when i turn on fifa 10 i can see the 'avatar style' picture down the bottom right were it says my psn gamertag, Exactly like it is highlighted in post above. Now i create a virtual pro in the game then try too download my gameface and it says no changes to gameface have been made go to www.easportsfootball.com to update your game face?? then my virtual pro can still be edited unlike above post....

So basicly its all done and should really be working.. its just i my own virtual pro's face my gameface even though its there and complete...

please help as this is really * me off

Electronic Arts have obviously * up. I dont know anyone that can get online for Fifa 10. What a * joke!!!

I get online no problem mate. I was playing in the FIWC last night on the PS3.

In reply to my message above, i have been able to put my game face on my player. After a while spent checking out all my profiles on EA Sports. Make sure you set your Default persona to the same one you use for FIFA. (eg. lick your name on the top corner, go to account settings, change persona)

There are quite a few places to do this, for example, on my football world etc.

I've starting to lose patience with this Game Face now, I've been trying for about a month and got nowhere.

When the website would finally upload the pictures [both of them] onto the 3D head it asks me to use some sort of XABF file and I'm completly stuck as to how to use it or what I need to download? I'm using Firefox.

Anybody got any tips. I'm nearly finished, even though it's taken all month!!!

i used a photo to create my game face and everything worked just fine, a little slowly but fine, the problem is that when i want to apply my photo game face it doesnt appears, ihave clicked and clicked and clicked but nothing happens someone can help me?
